Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element meblowy, przeznaczony do pod- pierania mebli lub spelniania funkcji dystansowej np. miedzy meblem a sciana Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac elementu przejawiajaca sie w charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych wynikajacych z ksztaltu i mozliwosci zasto- sowania jako stopy pod mebel lub elementu dystansowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 uwidoczniono element meblowy w widoku ogólnym od strony wewnetrznej, stykajacej sie z meblem, na fig. 2 - widok ogólny od strony zewnetrznej oraz na fotografii, na której na fig. 3 -przedstawiono element meblowy w widoku ogólnym od strony wewnetrznej oraz na fig. 4 - w widoku ogólnym od strony zewnetrznej. Element meblowy, zwlaszcza stopa pod mebel charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma za- sadniczo w widoku z boku ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokat- nej. The essence of the industrial design is the element's original form, manifested in characteristic plastic effects resulting from its shape and its potential use as a foot for furniture or as a spacer. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the furniture element in a general view from the interior, in contact with the furniture, Fig. 2 shows a general view from the exterior, and in the photograph, where Fig. 3 shows the furniture element in a general view from the interior, and Fig. 4 shows a general view from the exterior. A furniture element, especially a furniture foot, is characterized by the fact that, when viewed from the side, it has a shape similar to a cuboid with a rectangular base. The furniture element according to the pattern shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and photographs Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 has the shape of a cuboid with slightly rounded edges, devoid of one of the bases, the other, essentially rectangular base of which is profiled in the shape of a stylized cross, in such a way that the shorter sides of the rectangle are convex with arched rounded edges, while the longer sides of the base are convex in the shape of a stylized letter "C", which creates a grooved and concave effect along the entire length of the vertical edges of the element, giving it the shape of a stylized cross in horizontal cross-section, while inside the element there are diagonally placed sleeves to facilitate mounting it to the ground. The element attached under the furniture can be treated as a foot for the furniture. An element attached, for example, to the back of a piece of furniture can act as a spacer. This element can be made in various colors and from various materials. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
