Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku na, którym fig.l przedstawia kratke kominkowa wentylacyjna, w widoku z przodu, fig.2 przedstawia kratke wentylacyjna w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 - fotografie kratki wentylacyjnej z fig. 1 i 2 w widoku perspektywicznym.Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Kratka kominkowa wentylacyjna, skladajaca sie z plyty czolowej o powierzchni ozdobionej elementem dekoracyjnym, siatki krepowanej oraz kieszeni do mocowania kratki, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze plyta czolowa kratki ma ksztalt pieciokata, w którym dwa boki naprzeciwlegle sa proste i lacza sie z trzecim bokiem, utworzonym przez odcinek prostej, pod katem 90° . Naprzeciwko tego boku umieszczony jest fantazyjny bok, skladajacy sie z dwóch symetrycznych odcinków, które lacza sie z bokami prostymi poprzez lukowe odcinki plyty czolowej, przechodzace nastepnie w odcinki lukowe, lekko wygiete ku srodkowi kratki, po czym lacza sie ze soba, tworzac ostra krawedz. The industrial design is a metal fireplace ventilation grille. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the object, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, decorative elements, and shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a fireplace ventilation grille in a front view, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the ventilation grille, and Fig. 3 shows photographs of the ventilation grille from Figs. 1 and 2 in a perspective view. Essential features of the industrial design The fireplace ventilation grille, consisting of a front panel with a surface decorated with a decorative element, a crepe mesh and a pocket for mounting the grille, is characterized in that the front panel of the grille has the shape of a pentagon, in which two opposite sides are straight and connect to the third side, formed by a straight line segment, at an angle of 90°. Opposite this side is a fancy side, consisting of two symmetrical sections that connect to the straight sides through arced sections of the front panel. These then transition into arced sections slightly bent towards the center of the grid, after which they connect to each other, creating a sharp edge. The surface of the front panel has a cylindrical convexity that then transitions into a flat surface located on the inner side of the panel, where the panel joins the grid, as shown in the drawing - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and the photograph - Fig. 3.
