Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca przeznaczona do uzywania jako element ozdobny, zwlaszcza w zwiazku ze spotkaniami okolicznosciowymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, oznaczonych : fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, na których fig. 1 przedstawia swiece w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - odmiane swiecy w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - swiece pokazana na fig. 1 w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - odmiane swiecy pokazanej na fig. 2 w widoku z boku. Swieca wyposazona w knoty, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, pokazana na fig. 1 - fig. 4 ma postac plyty dwukrotnie zagietej wzdluz osi pionowej, zagietej tak, ze tworza ja trzy sciany : sciana srodkowa i dwie sciany boczne usytuowane wzgledem sciany srodkowej pod katem rozwartym. Sciany maja rózne wysokosci i polozenie ich brzegów wzgledem podloza jest rózne. Sciana srodkowa ma górny brzeg usytuowany ukosnie wzgledem podloza, zas górne brzegi scian bocznych sa poziome wzgledem podloza.Swieca pokazana na fig. 1 i fig. 3 ma górne brzegi wszystkich trzech scian biegnace wzdluz linii prostych. Odmiana swiecy ma górne brzegi wszystkich trzech scian o lukowatych zaglebieniach usytuowanych miedzy odcinkami swiecy mieszczacymi knoty, jak pokazano na fig. 2 i fig. 4. Desenie i kolory na powierzchni swiecy i odmiany swiecy nie podlegaja ochronie. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, marked: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, in which Fig. 1 shows the candle in a front view, Fig. 2 - a variant of the candle in a front view, Fig. 3 - a side view of the candle shown in Fig. 1, and Fig. 4 - a side view of the variant of the candle shown in Fig. 2. The industrial-design candle equipped with wicks, shown in Fig. 1-4, has the form of a plate bent twice along a vertical axis, formed by three walls: a central wall and two side walls arranged at an obtuse angle to the central wall. The walls have different heights and their edges are positioned differently relative to the ground. The central wall has an upper edge positioned diagonally to the ground, while the upper edges of the side walls are horizontal to the ground. The candle shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 has the upper edges of all three walls running along straight lines. The candle variety has the upper edges of all three walls with arched recesses located between the sections of the candle containing the wicks, as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 4. Patterns and colors on the surface of the candle and the candle variety are not protected. A candle containing wicks, according to the industrial design, is characterized by the following essential features: 1) it is a plate that is bent twice along the vertical axis, bent so that it is formed by three walls: a central wall and two side walls located at an obtuse angle to the central wall, wherein the walls have different heights and the position of their edges in relation to the ground is different, the central wall has an upper edge located diagonally in relation to the ground, while the upper edges of the side walls are horizontal in relation to the ground, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 4 2) a candle according to feature 1. has the upper edges of all walls running along straight lines, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 3) a variation of a candle according to feature 1. has upper edges walls with arched recesses located between the sections of the candle housing the wicks, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 4.
