The said Industrial Design consists of the visual features of the Exercise Slider shown in solid lines in the hereto annexed figures, whether those features are features of one of shape, ornament, pattern or configuration or a combination of any of such features. The shading shown in the figures is intended to show contrast and is not surface ornamentation.
