Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka wentylacyjna. Istota wzoru kratki jest jej oryginalny ksztalt, cechy linii oraz faktura powierzchni materialu, z którego jest wykonana. Kratka ta, rózni sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów kratek wentylacyjnych: - oryginalnym ksztaltem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach fig.l, fig.2 i fotografii fig.3, przy czym rysunek fig. 1 - przedstawia kratke w widoku z przodu, rysunek fig.2 - przedstawia kratke w widoku od dolu, natomiast fotografia fig.3 - przedstawia kratke w widoku perspektywicznym, skosnie z przodu. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig.l i fig.2 oraz fotografii fig.3 - kratka wentylacyjna w widoku z przodu ma postac kwadratowej maski, w której wykonany zostal okragly otwór, czesciowo przysloniety maskujacymi, poziomymi listwami, ulozonymi w równych odstepach i równolegle wzgledem siebie oraz prostopadle do powierzchni maski. Poprzez listwy te widoczna jest laczaca je, umieszczona pionowo poprzeczka, a takze widoczne sa dalsze wewnetrzne elementy kratki wentylacyjnej i ewentualnie elementy umieszczonego w niej wentylatora. Zasadniczo powierzchnia kratki wentylacyjnej jest nieco wklesla, jak gdyby zostala wycieta z bocznej plaszczyzny walca. Natomiast zewnetrzne krawedzie opisywanych wyzej listew maskujacych wyznaczaja druga, plaska powierzchnie kratki wentylacyjnej.Opisywana kratka moze zostac wykonana ze zmatowanego metalu w naturalnym kolorze aluminium, miedzi, brazu, mosiadzu, czy tez zlota, moze ona zostac wykonana z tworzywa, np.: w kolorze popielatym? stosowanie do kolorystyki wnetrza, w którym bedzie montowana. Cech a istotna wzoru przedstawionego na rysunkach fig.l i fig.2 oraz fotografii fig. 3 - jest to, ze: - w widoku z przodu ma ona postac kwadratowej maski, w której wykonany zostal okragly otwór, czesciowo przysloniety maskujacymi, poziomymi listwami, ulozonymi w równych odstepach i równolegle wzgledem siebie oraz prostopadle do powierzchni maski, - poprzez listwy te widoczna jest laczaca je, umieszczona pionowo poprzeczka, a takze widoczne sa dalsze wewnetrzne elementy kratki wentylacyjnej i ewentualnie elementy umieszczonego w niej wentylatora, - zasadniczo powierzchnia kratki wentylacyjnej jest nieco wklesla, jak gdyby zostala wycieta z bocznej plaszczyzny walca, natomiast - zewnetrzne krawedzie opisywanych wyzej listew maskujacych wyznaczaja druga, plaska powierzchnie kratki wentylacyjnej, - opisywana kratka moze zostac wykonana ze zmatowanego metalu w naturalnym kolorze aluminium, miedzi, brazu, mosiadzu, czy tez zlota, moze ona zostac wykonana z tworzywa w kolorze np. popielatym, stosowanie do kolorystyki wnetrza, w którym bedzie montowana.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ventilation grille. The essence of the grille's design lies in its unique shape, line features, and the surface texture of the material from which it is made. This grille differs from previously known ventilation grille designs in: - its unique shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in drawings Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and photograph Fig. 3. Figure 1 shows the grille from the front, figure Fig. 2 shows the grille from the bottom, and photograph Fig. 3 shows the grille in a perspective view, diagonally from the front. As shown in drawings Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and photograph Fig. 3, the front view of the ventilation grille has the form of a square mask with a circular opening, partially obscured by masking horizontal slats arranged at equal intervals, parallel to each other, and perpendicular to the mask's surface. Through these strips, the vertically placed crossbar connecting them is visible, as are other internal components of the ventilation grille and, if applicable, components of the fan located within. Generally, the surface of the ventilation grille is slightly concave, as if cut from the lateral plane of a cylinder. The outer edges of the masking strips described above define the second, flat surface of the ventilation grille. The grille can be made of matte metal in a natural color—aluminum, copper, bronze, brass, or gold. It can also be made of plastic, e.g., ash gray—to match the color scheme of the interior in which it will be installed. An important feature of the design shown in drawings fig. 1 and fig. 2 and photograph fig. 3 is that: - in the front view it has the form of a square mask with a round opening, partially covered by masking horizontal strips, arranged at equal intervals and parallel to each other and perpendicular to the mask surface, - through these strips a vertically placed crossbar connecting them is visible, as well as further internal elements of the ventilation grille and possibly elements of the fan placed in it, - basically the surface of the ventilation grille is slightly concave, as if it was cut out from the lateral plane of a cylinder, while - the outer edges of the masking strips described above define the second, flat surface of the ventilation grille, - the described grille can be made of matt metal in the natural color of aluminum, copper, bronze, brass or gold, it can be made made of plastic in a color, e.g. gray, matching the color of the interior in which it will be installed.
