PL 24686 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest anemostat przeznaczony do montazu w scianie lub suficie, na zakonczeniach kanalów instalacji wentylacyjnej, klimatyzacyjnej i ogrzewania powietrznego. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w prostokatnym ksztalcie ramki i przeslony anemostatu oraz w przetloczeniu w srodku przeslony. Anemostat wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ramke, przeslone i kasete montazowa. Ramka ma prostokatny ksztalt i ma w srodku prostokatny otwór zmniejszajacy sie ku tylowi, o bokach otworu pochylonych podobnie do scian bocznych ostroslupa scietego o podstawie prostokatnej. Przeslona ma ksztalt prostokata. W srodkowej czesci przeslony jest przetloczenie w kierunku ramki, o ksztalcie podobnym do scietego ostroslupa o podstawie prostokatnej. Przeslona jest w otworze ramki anemostatu i prostokatny ksztalt przeslony jest proporcjonalny do prostokatnego ksztaltu otworu w ramce anemostatu. Przeslona moze byc usytuowana glebiej, plycej, w srodku lub przy krawedzi otworu w ramce anemostatu. Kaseta montazowa ma ksztalt prostopadlosciennego pudelka, posiadajacego sciane tylna i sciany boczne. Na scianie tylnej jest króciec w ksztalcie kawalka rury. W kasecie montazowej jest umieszczona tylna czesc ramki. Ramka i przeslona sa pokryte warstwa dekoracyjna taka jak farba w dowolnym kolorze, chrom lub inny metal a w wykonaniu z blachy chromoniklowej pozostaja bez powloki dekoracyjnej. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the rectangular shape of the diffuser's frame and shutter, as well as the embossing in the center of the shutter. The diffuser, according to the industrial design, has a frame, a shutter, and a mounting cassette. The frame is rectangular and has a rectangular opening in the center, decreasing toward the rear, with the sides of the opening inclined similarly to the side walls of a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base. The shutter is rectangular. The central part of the shutter has an embossing towards the frame, similar in shape to a truncated pyramid with a rectangular base. The shutter is located in the opening of the diffuser frame, and the rectangular shape of the shutter is proportional to the rectangular shape of the opening in the diffuser frame. The shutter can be positioned deeper, shallower, in the center, or at the edge of the opening in the diffuser frame. The mounting box is shaped like a rectangular box with a back wall and side walls. A pipe-shaped connector is located on the back wall. The rear part of the frame is placed in the mounting box. The frame and shutter are covered with a decorative layer such as paint in any color, chrome, or another metal. In the chrome-nickel sheet version, they are left undecorated.
