Kociol grzewczy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kociol grzewczy przeznaczony do instalacji grzewczych obiektów mieszkalnych i obiektów przemyslowych jako kociol grzewczy centralnego ogrzewania. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, kolorystyce oraz ukladzie linii krawedzi jego elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia kociol w widoku z czola z ukladem drzwiczek, fig. 2 przedstawia kociol w widoku aksonometrycznym ukazujacym sciane przednia i boczna lewa natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia kociol w widoku z boku od strony lewej. Kociol grzewczy ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu w kolorze czerwonym. Kociol wsparty jest na podescie o wymiarach nieco mniejszych niz podstawa prostopadloscianu, w kolorze czarnym. Sciana przednia kotla grzewczego na swej wysokosci posiada troje drzwiczek, których sciany czolowe sa w kolorze czerwonym. Drzwiczki osadzone sa na prostokacie w wystajacych nieznacznie poza plaszczyzna sciany przedniej kotla i sa wykonane w kolorze czarnym. Drzwiczki kotla w widoku z czola, maja ksztalt prostokatów, przy czymdrzwiczki dolne sa wieksze od pozostalych. Na scianie górnej, od czola kotla umieszczona jest aparatura kontrolno-sterujaca, natomiast za nia znajduje sie wentylator nadmuchowy. Na scianie tylnej, w jej czesci górnej, umieszczony jest czopuch spalin odlotowych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kociol grzewczy ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu w kolorze czerwonym wspartego na podescie o wymiarach podstawy nieco mniejszych niz podstawa prostopadloscianu i niewielkiej wysokosci, w kolorze czarnym. Sciana przednia kotla grzewczego na swej wysokosci posiada troje drzwiczek, których sciany czolowe sa w kolorze czerwonym. Drzwiczki osadzone sa na prostokatnych wystepach wystajacych nieznacznie poza plaszczyzna sciany przedniej kotla, w kolorze czarnym, a ich obwody w kolorze czarnym. Drzwiczki kotla, w widoku z czola, maja ksztalt prostokatów, przy czym drzwiczki dolne sa wieksze od pozostalych.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PLThe industrial design is for a heating boiler intended for heating installations in residential and industrial buildings as a central heating boiler. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, intended for aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape, color, and the arrangement of the edges of its components. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the boiler in a frontal view with the door arrangement, Fig. 2 shows the boiler in an axonometric view showing the front and left side walls, and Fig. 3 shows the boiler in a side view from the left. The heating boiler has a red cuboid shape. The boiler rests on a black platform with dimensions slightly smaller than the cuboid's base. The front wall of the heating boiler has three doors at its height, the front walls of which are red. The doors are mounted on a rectangle protruding slightly beyond the plane of the boiler's front wall and are finished in black. The boiler doors, viewed from the front, are rectangular in shape, with the lower door larger than the others. The control and monitoring equipment is located on the upper wall, at the boiler's front, while the blower fan is located behind it. The exhaust flue is located on the upper part of the rear wall. The essential features of the industrial design: The heating boiler has a red cuboid shape, supported by a black base with slightly smaller dimensions than the cuboid base and a small height. The front wall of the heating boiler has three doors at its height, the front walls of which are painted red. The doors are mounted on rectangular protrusions protruding slightly beyond the plane of the boiler's front wall, painted black, and their perimeters are painted black.
