Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kratka wentylacyjna. Istota wzoru kratki jest jej oryginalny ksztalt, cechy linii oraz faktura powierzchni materialu, z którego jest wykonana. Kratka ta, rózni sie od dotychczas znanych wzorów kratek wentylacyjnych: - niezwykle oryginalnym i wyszukanym ksztaltem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach fig.1 i fig.2. Jak pokazano na rysunkach fig.l i fig.2 - kratka wentylacyjna w widoku z przodu ma postac kwadratowej maski, w której wyzlobione zostaly poziomo trzy wglebienia w ksztalcie - równolegle wzgledem siebie usytuowanych - trójkatów równoramiennych o wydluzonych ramionach. Podstawy tych trójkatów umieszczone sa w jednej linii, w równych odstepach od siebie, równolegle wzgledem pionowej krawedzi kratki. Ze srodka podstawy kazdego z opisanych trójkatów wyprowadzone zostaly dwie skosne linie imitujace wierzcholki analogicznych, odwróconych jednak o 180° trójkatów umieszczonych pod opisanymi trzema trójkatnymi wycieciami. Pod opisana wyzej maska umieszczony jest kolisty otwór, poprzez który widoczne sa wewnetrzne elementy kratki wentylacyjnej i ewentualnie umieszczonego w niej wentylatora. Powierzchnia kratki wentylacyjnej jest nieco obla, jak gdyby zostala wycieta z bocznej plaszczyzny walca.Opisywana kratka moze zostac wykonana ze zmatowanego poziomymi zarysowaniami metalu w naturalnym kolorze aluminium, miedzi, brazu, mosiadzu, czy tez zlota. Ale równie korzystnie moze ona zostac wykonana z tworzywa w dowolnym kolorze, w tym w kolorze matowego lub polyskujacego metalu, stosowanie do kolorystyki wnetrza, w którym bedzie montowana. Cech a istotna wzoru przedstawionego na rysunkach fig. 1 i fig.2 jest to, ze: - kratka wentylacyjna w widoku z przodu ma postac kwadratowej maski, w której wyzlobione zostaly poziomo trzy wglebienia w ksztalcie - równolegle wzgledem siebie usytuowanych - trójkatów równoramiennych o wydluzonych ramionach, - podstawy tych trójkatów umieszczone sa w jednej linii, w równych odstepach od siebie, równolegle wzgledem pionowej krawedzi kratki, - ze srodka podstawy kazdego z opisanych trójkatów wyprowadzone zostaly dwie skosne linie imitujace wierzcholki analogicznych, odwróconych jednak o 180° trójkatów umieszczonych pod opisanymi wyzej trzema trójkatnymi wycieciami, - pod opisana wyzej maska umieszczony jest kolisty otwór, poprzez który widoczne sa wewnetrzne elementy kratki wentylacyjnej i ewentualnie umieszczonego w niej wentylatora, - powierzchnia kratki wentylacyjnej jest nieco obla, jak gdyby zostala wycieta z bocznej plaszczyzny walca, - opisywane kratki moga zostac wykonane ze zmatowanego poziomymi zarysowaniami metalu w naturalnym kolorze aluminium, miedzi, brazu, mosiadzu, czy tez zlota, ale równie korzystnie moga one zostac wykonane z tworzywa w dowolnym kolorze, w tym w kolorze matowego lub polyskujacego metalu, stosowanie do kolorystyki wnetrza, w którym beda montowane.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a ventilation grille. The essence of the grille's design lies in its unique shape, linear features, and the surface texture of the material from which it is made. This grille differs from previously known ventilation grille designs: - its exceptionally original and sophisticated shape. The industrial design is shown in Figures 1 and 2. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the front view of the ventilation grille has the form of a square mask, in which three horizontal recesses have been carved in the shape of parallel isosceles triangles with elongated arms. The bases of these triangles are placed in a single line, at equal intervals, parallel to the vertical edge of the grille. From the center of the base of each of the described triangles, two diagonal lines are drawn, imitating the vertices of analogous triangles, but rotated by 180°, placed beneath the three triangular cutouts described above. Beneath the hood described above, a circular opening is located, through which the internal components of the ventilation grille and, if applicable, the fan within are visible. The surface of the ventilation grille is slightly rounded, as if cut from the lateral plane of a cylinder. The described grille can be made of metal with horizontal matte scratches in a natural color—aluminum, copper, bronze, brass, or gold. However, it can also be made of any color plastic, including matte or shiny metal, to match the color scheme of the interior in which it will be installed. An important feature of the design presented in figures 1 and 2 is that: - the ventilation grille in the front view has the form of a square mask in which three horizontal recesses have been carved in the shape of isosceles triangles with elongated arms, placed parallel to each other, - the bases of these triangles are placed in one line, at equal distances from each other, parallel to the vertical edge of the grille, - from the center of the base of each of the described triangles, two oblique lines have been drawn, imitating the vertices of analogous, but turned by 180° triangles placed under the three triangular cutouts described above, - under the mask described above, there is a circular opening through which the internal elements of the ventilation grille and possibly the fan placed in it are visible, - the surface of the ventilation grille is slightly rounded, as if it was cut from the side surface of the cylinder, - the described grilles can be made of metal matted with horizontal scratches in the natural color of aluminum, copper, bronze, brass or gold, but they can also be made of plastic in any color, including the color of matt or shiny metal, depending on the color of the interior in which they will be installed.
