Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest skrzynka na listy, przeznaczona do zainstalowania na powierzchni pionowej, np. na scianie lub drzwiach. Istota wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz kolorystyce skladajacych sie na skrzynke na listy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na Fig. 1 do Fig. 5. Skrzynka na listy wedlug wzoru jest wykonana z blachy. Podstawa skrzynki ma ksztalt prostokatny usytuowany dluzszymi bokami pionowo, zas sciane frontowaskrzynki stanowi zamykana czesc ruchoma wyposazona w zamek otwierany odpowiednim kluczem, co zabezpiecza skrzynke przed nieuprawnionym otwarciem. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na Fig. 1, 2 i 3 jest jego uksztaltowanie oraz kolorystyka. Miedzy krótszymi bokami podstawy przebiega lukowo sciana frontowa skrzynki. Z boku skrzynke zamykaja sciany boczne, kazda w ksztalcie wycinka kola. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and colors comprising the mailbox. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5. Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the mailbox; Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the mailbox from Fig. 1 with the lid raised and the drop slot visible; Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of the mailbox from Fig. 1 with the lid raised and the cover revealing the opening for collecting mail; Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of version I of the mailbox; and Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of version II of the mailbox. The mailbox according to the design is made of sheet metal. The base of the mailbox is rectangular, with its longer sides vertical, while the front wall is a lockable, movable part equipped with a lock operated by a key, securing the mailbox against unauthorized opening. A significant feature of the industrial design shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3 is its shape and color. The front wall of the mailbox runs in an arc between the shorter sides of the base. The side walls, each shaped like a segment of a circle, enclose the box. The front wall is formed by a fixed wall running from the bottom, which, at the top, forms a large opening for collecting mail, along with the shorter side of the base and the side walls. The large opening is closed by a movable part in the form of a lid, the axis of rotation of which aligns with the upper side of the base. The lid contains a transverse drop slot that aligns with the large opening. Furthermore, the lid is arched and adheres to the front wall when closed. The drop slot in the lid is covered by a movable cover, the axis of rotation of which aligns with the upper side of the base. The cover is arched and adheres to the lid when closed and is shorter than the lid. The lid has a tab on one end that protrudes beyond the box's outline, allowing for easy lifting when dropping mail. The lid is also equipped with a lock near the end, securing the box against unauthorized opening. The end edges of the lid and the cover have the same shape. On both sides, the edge line runs horizontally, then continues downward in small arcs on both sides, before forming an arc-like depression in the center. The box is lacquered black, with the outer surface of the lid having a metal-colored finish. When the box is closed, the metal-colored strip forms a symmetrical wave. Subsequent letterbox variations based on the industrial design differ in the shapes of the end edges of the lid and the top. In the first letterbox variation shown in Fig. 3, the design's essential feature is its shape and color. An arc-shaped front wall runs between the shorter sides of its base. When the mailbox is closed, a visible metal-colored strip forms part of a ring. In the second version of the mailbox, shown in Fig. 4, the shape and color are essential features of the design. An arched front wall runs between the shorter sides of its base. The box is enclosed by side walls, each shaped like a segment of a circle. The front wall is formed by a fixed wall running from below, which, at the top, joins the shorter side of the base and the side walls to form a large opening for mail collection. The large opening is closed by a movable part in the form of a lid, the axis of rotation of which aligns with the upper side of the base. The lid contains a drop slot aligned with the large opening. Furthermore, the lid is arched and adheres to the front wall when closed. The drop slot in the lid is covered by a movable cover, the axis of rotation of which aligns with the upper side of the base. The cover runs in an arc and, when closed, adheres to the lid and is shorter than the lid itself. The lid has a tab on one end that extends beyond the box's outline, designed to easily lift it when dropping mail. The lid is equipped with a lock near the end on one side to protect the box against unauthorized opening. The end edges of the lid and the cover have the same shape. Each edge, starting from the side of the box near the lid tab, rises upward in an arc, and then, after passing the middle section, continues in an arc to the other side of the box.
