(MTP - „Meble '2000" Po- znan, Polska) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest oprawa obrazu lub reprodukcji malarstwa, która moze takze byc stosowana jako przestrzenna oprawa przedmiotu, wizerunku, napisu lub innej formy wyrazu artystycznego. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi oryginalna postac oprawy przeja- wiajaca sie w wzajemnym ukladzie elementów o charakterystycznych efek- tach plastycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fo- tografiach, gdzie na fig. 1 i fig. 2 przedstawiono wzór oprawy przestrzen- nej z zastosowana technika wglebna i rama gleboka. Przestrzenna oprawa obrazu majaca passe-partout charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tworza ja nalozone na siebie plaszczyzny o zróznicowanych wymia- rach, barwach i elementach kompozycyjnych w ten sposób, ze wyrózniona czesc pracy eksponowanej jest cofnieta w glab obrazu. Przestrzenna oprawa obrazu prezentowana na zalaczonych fotogra- fiach fig. 1 i fig. 2 stanowi gleboka rame L, w której wnetrzu wielopozio- mowo w glab sa umieszczone passe-partout obramowanie wewnetrzne utworzone przez: elementy oprawianego obrazu i 5. oraz ramke we- wnetrzna 4, otaczajace znajdujacy sie na najnizszym poziomie wyrózniony fragment obrazu 6, przy czym passe-partout 2 tworzy plaszczyzne, ponizejktórej znajduja sie: ramka wewnetrzna 4, elementy obrazu 3, 5 sluzace ja- ko obramowanie wewnetrzne zstepujace w glab az do wyróznionego frag- mentu obrazu 6, z tym, ze ramka wewnetrzna 4 rozdzielajaca poszczegól- ne elementy tla obrazu 3, 5 nie pochodzi z tego tla, jak pokazano na zala- czonych fotografiach - fig. 1 i fig 2. Wyrózniony fragment obrazu 6 nie musi znajdowac sie w punkcie centralnym obrazu, nie jest przedmiotem wzoru i zastrzezen ochronnych. Obrazy wykorzystane w opisie sluza jako przyklad do przedstawienia efek- tów estetycznych i zdobniczych oprawy obrazu. Korzystne jest stosowanie wobec obrazów technik uszlachetniajacych i zabezpieczajacych jak np. patynowanie i zabezpieczenie przeciwwilgo- ciowe. Priority from the exhibition: 9 May 2000 (MTP - "Meble '2000" Poznań, Poland) The subject of the ornamental design is the framing of a picture or a painting reproduction, which may also be used as a spatial framing of an object, image, inscription or other form of artistic expression. The essence of the ornamental design is the original form of the framing manifested in the mutual arrangement of elements with characteristic plastic effects. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 present the spatial framing pattern using the recessed technique and a deep frame. The spatial frame of a painting with a passe-partout is characterized by the fact that it is created by superimposed surfaces of different dimensions, colors and compositional elements in such a way that the highlighted part of the exhibited work is recessed into the image. The spatial frame of the picture presented in the attached photographs Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 is a deep L frame, inside which there is a passe-partout placed on multiple levels, an inner frame formed by: elements of the framed picture and 5, and an inner frame 4, surrounding the highlighted fragment of the picture 6 located at the lowest level, whereby the passe-partout 2 creates a plane below which there is: an inner frame 4, elements of the picture 3, 5 serving as an inner frame going down into the depth up to the highlighted fragment of the picture 6, however, the inner frame 4 separating the individual elements of the background of the picture 3, 5 does not come from this background, as shown in the attached photographs - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The highlighted fragment of the painting 6 does not have to be in the center of the painting and is not the subject of a design or protection claim. The images used in the description serve as examples to present the aesthetic and decorative effects of the painting's framing. It is beneficial to use refining and protective techniques for paintings, such as patination and moisture protection. PL PL
