Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa obrazu lub reproduk- cji malarstwa, która moze takze byc stosowana jako przestrzenna oprawa przedmiotu, wizerunku, napisu lub innej formy wyrazu artystycznego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna postac oprawy prze- jawiajaca sie we wzajemnym ukladzie elementów o charakterystycznych efektach plastycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig 1 i fig. 2 przedstawiono wzór oprawy przestrzen- nej z zastosowana technika wypukla i rama gleboka oraz na rysunku, gdzie przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono schematycznie: na fig. 3 oprawa w prze- kroju bocznym oraz na fig 4 w widoku perspektywicznym. Przestrzenna oprawa obrazu charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tworza ja na- lozone na siebie plaszczyzny o zróznicowanych wymiarach, barwach i ele- mentach kompozycyjnych w ten sposób, ze uznany jako najistotniejszy, wyrózniony, fragment pracy eksponowanej jest wyniesiony ponad pozostale czesci obrazu. The essence of an industrial design is the original form of the frame, manifested in the mutual arrangement of elements with characteristic visual effects. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, where Figures 1 and 2 show a three-dimensional frame using the convex technique and a deep frame, and in the drawing, where the subject of the design is shown schematically: Figure 3 shows the frame in a side section and Figure 4 in a perspective view. A three-dimensional frame for a painting is characterized by being created by overlapping surfaces of varying dimensions, colors, and compositional elements, so that the most important, highlighted fragment of the displayed work is elevated above the remaining parts of the image. The three-dimensional frame of the picture presented in the attached photograph Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and drawings Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 is a deep frame in which there are internal frames 2, 3, formed by elements of the framed picture 2 and an internal frame 3 not coming from the framed picture, surrounding a highlighted fragment of the picture 4 raised above their level. The three-dimensional frame of the picture in the version shown in the attached photograph Fig. 2 has an artistically composed passe-partout 5 separated by an internal frame 3 from the highlighted fragment of the picture 4 raised above its plane. The highlighted fragment of the picture 4 does not have to be located in the central point of the picture, it does not constitute an essential feature of the industrial design. The images used in the description serve as examples to present the aesthetic and decorative effects of picture framing. It is beneficial to apply refining and protective techniques to the images, such as patinating and protecting them against moisture. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
