(Stany Zjednoczone Ameryki) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik do kosmetyku. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac pojemnika do kosmetyku przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie je j elementów. Pojemnik do kosmetyku wedlug wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia widok w perspektywie z przodu i z prawej strony pojemnika, fig. 2 przedstawia widok z góry pojemnika, fig. 3 przedstawia widok z dolu pojemnika,fig. 4 przedstawia widok z przodu, i z tylu sciany bocznej pojemnika, fig 5. przedstawia widok z prawej i lewej strony sciany bocznej pojemnika. Jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2 pojemnik do kosmetyku ma ksztalt plaskiego pudelka z wiekiem i dnem w ksztalcie elipsy. Pojemnik ma zaokraglone naroza. Sciana przednia i tylnia pojemnika ma dluzsze boki (fig. 4), a sciana prawa i lewa - krótsze boki (fig. 5). Sciana boczna pojemnika ma w przekroju ksztalt prostokata (fig. 4 i 5), a na wieczku i na dnie sa umieszczone dwa pierscieniowe stozki polaczone ze soba dwoma przeciwleglymi wkleslymi lukami (fig.2 i 3). Na calej powierzchni obwodowej sciany bocznej sa rozstawione w odleglosciach od siebie pionowe paski. Podstawy pierscieniowych stozków sa wyznaczone przez ich wewnetrzne i zewnetrzne pierscienie, a wierzcholki - przez srodkowe pierscienie. The subject of the ornamental design is a cosmetic container. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of a cosmetic container, manifested in the shape and arrangement of its elements. The cosmetic container according to the design is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the front and right side of the container; Fig. 2 shows a top view of the container; Fig. 3 shows a bottom view of the container; Fig. 4 shows a front and back view of the side wall of the container; Fig. 5 shows views from the right and left sides of the side wall of the container. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the cosmetic container has the shape of a flat box with an elliptical lid and bottom. The container has rounded corners. The front and rear walls of the container have longer sides (Fig. 4), while the right and left walls have shorter sides (Fig. 5). The side wall of the container has a rectangular cross-section (Figs. 4 and 5), and the lid and bottom have two annular cones connected by two opposing concave arcs (Figs. 2 and 3). Vertical strips are spaced apart along the entire circumferential surface of the side wall. The bases of the annular cones are defined by their inner and outer rings, and the apices by the central rings.
