Zelmer Rzeszów, Polska Odkurzacz Prawo rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 20 kwietnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest odkurzacz do uzytku w gospodarstwie do- mowym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac odkurzacza przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie zewnetrznym. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia odkurzacz w widoku od jego lewego boku, fig. 2 - odkurzacz w widoku od jego prawego boku, fig. 3 odkurzacz w widoku od jego przedniej strony, fig. 4 - odkurzacz w widoku od jego tylnej strony, fig. 5 - odkurzacz w widoku od jego górnej strony, fig. 6 - odkurzacz w widoku od jego dolnej strony, fig. 7 - odkurzacz w widoku perspektywicznym od jego prawego boku, od przodu i od jego górnej strony. Odkurzacz wedlug wzoru jest symetryczna bryla zbudowana na bazie prostopadlo- scianu o zblizonym do prostokata w przekroju poprzecznym, a górne krawedzie i narozniki bryly odkurzacza sa zaokraglone. Bryla odkurzacza ma pionowa, wzdluzna plaszczyzne symetrii, a mniej wiecej w 1/3 dlugosci bryla odkurzacza jest podzielona na przednia i tylna czesc, które sa rozgraniczone linia podzialu biegnaca dookola górnej i obu bocznych po-wierzchni bryly odkurzacza. W widoku z góry przednia i tylna czesc bryly odkurzacza jest oddzielona waskim paskiem o innym odcieniu, który od strony przedniej czesci biegnie linia prosta, a od strony tylnej czesci biegnie linia zblizona do fali. Tylna czesc bryly odkurza- cza w widoku od góry ma kontur zblizony do prostokata, którego boczne krawedzie lacza sie z tylna krawedzia lagodnym lukiem, a kontur przedniej czesci bryly odkurzacza ma ksztalt zblizony do paraboli, której wierzcholek jest wciety lagodnym lukiem. Na po- wierzchni przedniej czesci bryly odkurzacza w osi lezacej w plaszczyznie symetrii jest wgle- bienie o powierzchni stozkowej, wewnatrz którego jest pionowe wglebienie o ksztalcie od- cinka rurowego o wewnetrznej powierzchni walcowej. W widoku z tylu bryla odkurzacza ma kontur zblizony do prostokata, a górna krawedz ma postac lagodnego luku opadajacego na boczne krawedzie. Na powierzchni tylnej scianki bryly odkurzacza, w lewej jej czesci, jest zaznaczony prostokat, wewnatrz którego sa cztery rzedy otworów w jego górnej stre- fie. Ponad prostokatem jest waska strefa o innym odcieniu, z pólkolistym wglebieniem z osia w plaszczyznie symetrii bryly odkurzacza. Po prawej stronie prostokata z otworami jest zaznaczony maly prostokat. W dolnej czesci tylnej scianki sa rozmieszczone symetrycznie dwa podluzne wystepy. W widoku z boku bryly odkurzacza boczne scianki, o innym odcie- niu w stosunku do górnej czesci bryly odkurzacza, maja postac zwezajacego sie stopniowo pasa, przebiegajacego lagodnie od tylnej scianki do przedniej czesci bryly odkurzacza, gdzie pas przechodzi we fragment torusa i wraz z przednia scianka tworzy przelotowy otwór, do- stosowany do przecietnego rozmiaru dloni doroslego czlowieka. Pas wraz z tylna scianka bryly odkurzacza tworzy pozioma pólke. W tylnej strefie bocznych scianek sa wpasowane w pas tylne kólka bryly odkurzacza, majace na obwodzie rozmieszczone trójkatne, plytkie wglebienia. W widoku od przodu przednia scianka bryly odkurzacza ma w plaszczyznie sy- metrii póleliptyczne wglebienie ponad pasem. Dolna scianka ma w przedniej czesci syme- tryczna element w ksztalcie czaszy, w którym jest male przednie kólko jezdne, przesuniete wzgledem srodka elementu. Z lewej strony dolna scianka ma podluzne gniazdo zawiesza- kowe. Celem wzoru zdobniczego jest podniesienie walorów estetycznych odkurzacza. The subject of the ornamental design is a vacuum cleaner for household use. The essence of the design is a new form of the vacuum cleaner, manifested in its external shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the vacuum cleaner viewed from its left side, Fig. 2 shows the vacuum cleaner viewed from its right side, Fig. 3 shows the vacuum cleaner viewed from its front side, Fig. 4 shows the vacuum cleaner viewed from its rear side, Fig. 5 shows the vacuum cleaner viewed from its top side, Fig. 6 shows the vacuum cleaner viewed from its bottom side, Fig. 7 shows the vacuum cleaner in perspective views from its right side, from the front, and from its top side. The vacuum cleaner, according to the model, is a symmetrical solid built on a cuboid with a cross-sectional shape that is almost rectangular, with rounded upper edges and corners. The vacuum cleaner has a vertical, longitudinal plane of symmetry, and approximately one-third of its length is divided into a front and rear section, which are separated by a dividing line running around the top and both sides of the vacuum cleaner. In a top view, the front and rear sections of the vacuum cleaner are separated by a narrow strip of a different shade, which runs in a straight line on the front and in a wave-like line on the rear. The right part of the belt has a narrow recess in which there is a slightly protruding element, shaped like a mesh, while the left part has a slightly protruding element in the shape of a convex bowl, which fits partly into the belt and partly into the rear part of the vacuum cleaner body. Below the convex element, there is a vertical recess in the belt surface. Viewed from above, the rear part of the vacuum cleaner body has a contour close to a rectangle, the side edges of which connect to the rear edge with a gentle arc, while the contour of the front part of the vacuum cleaner body is close to a parabola, the vertex of which is indented with a gentle arc. On the surface of the front part of the vacuum cleaner body, along the axis lying in the plane of symmetry, is a conical recess, inside which is a vertical recess in the shape of a tubular section with a cylindrical inner surface. In the rear view, the vacuum cleaner body has a contour close to a rectangle, and the upper edge is a gentle arc sloping down to the side edges. On the surface of the rear wall of the vacuum cleaner body, in its left part, is a rectangle marked, inside which are four rows of holes in its upper zone. Above the rectangle is a narrow zone of a different shade, with a semicircular recess with an axis in the plane of symmetry of the vacuum cleaner body. To the right of the rectangle with holes, a small rectangle is marked. In the lower part of the rear wall, two elongated protrusions are arranged symmetrically. In a side view of the vacuum cleaner body, the side walls, a different shade from the upper part of the body, take the form of a gradually narrowing strip, running gently from the rear wall to the front of the vacuum cleaner body, where the strip transforms into a torus fragment and, together with the front wall, creates a through-hole adapted to the average size of an adult hand. The strip, together with the rear wall of the vacuum cleaner body, forms a horizontal shelf. In the rear zone of the side walls, the rear wheels of the vacuum cleaner body are fitted into the strip, having shallow triangular recesses around their circumference. In the front view, the front wall of the vacuum cleaner body has a semi-elliptical recess above the strip in the plane of symmetry. The lower wall has a symmetrical dome-shaped element in the front, which houses a small front wheel, offset from the center of the element. On the left side, the lower wall has an elongated suspension socket. The purpose of the decorative pattern is to enhance the vacuum cleaner's aesthetic value. PL PL PL
