(Stany Zjednoczone Ameryki) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest oprawka do kosmetyku. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac oprawki do kosmetyku przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie je j elementów. Oprawka do kosmetyku wedlug wzoru jest pokazana na rysunku na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia widok w perspektywie oprawki do kosmetyku, fig. 2 przedstawia widok z góry oprawki do kosmetyku, fig. 3 przedstawia widok z dolu oprawki do kosmetyku, fig. 4 przedstawia widok z przodu, i z tylu sciany bocznej oprawki do kosmetyku,fig 5. przedstawia widok z prawej i lewej strony sciany bocznej oprawki do kosmetyku. Jak pokazano na fig. 1 i 2 oprawka do kosmetyku ma w widoku z góry ksztalt elipsy z odchodzacymi pionowymi scianami przykrytymi wieczkiem. Górna krawedz wieczka i dolna krawedz oprawki sa wyoblone. Sciana przednia i tylnia oprawki ma dluzsze boki (fig. 4), a sciana prawa i lewa - krótsze boki (fig. 5). Sciana boczna oprawki ma w przekroju ksztalt prostokata (fig. 4 i 5). Na wieczku oprawki jest umieszczony osiowy, pierscieniowy stozek, którego zewnetrzna srednica jest wieksza od wysokosci sciany bocznej wieczka. Osiowy, pierscieniowy stozek ma postawe wyznaczona przez wewnetrzny i zewnetrzny okrag i wierzcholek wyznaczony przez okrag srodkowy. Na zewnetrznej stronie dna jest umieszczona w srodku figura geometryczna majaca w przekroju ksztalt zblizony do czworokata , którego dwa krótsze boki maja ksztalt luków kola, a odchodzace od nich dwa dluzsze boki sa wygiete na zewnatrz, a nastepnie do wewnatrz i na zewnatrz (fig. 3). The subject of the ornamental design is a cosmetic frame. The essence of the design is a new form of a cosmetic frame, manifested in the shape and arrangement of its elements. The cosmetic frame according to the pattern is shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the cosmetic frame; Fig. 2 shows a top view of the cosmetic frame; Fig. 3 shows a bottom view of the cosmetic frame; Fig. 4 shows the front and back views of the side wall of the cosmetic frame; Fig. 5 shows views from the right and left sides of the side wall of the cosmetic frame. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a cosmetic frame has a top view in the shape of an ellipse with protruding vertical walls covered by a lid. The upper edge of the lid and the lower edge of the frame are rounded. The front and rear walls of the frame have longer sides (Figure 4), and the right and left walls have shorter sides (Figure 5). The side wall of the frame has a rectangular cross-section (Figures 4 and 5). An axial, annular cone is placed on the frame lid, the outer diameter of which is greater than the height of the side wall of the lid. The axial, annular cone has a base defined by an inner and outer circle and a vertex defined by a central circle. On the outside of the bottom, there is a geometric figure placed in the center, the cross-section of which is similar to a quadrangle, the two shorter sides of which are in the shape of circular arcs, and the two longer sides extending from them are bent outwards, and then inwards and outwards (fig. 3).
