Pojemnik do pieczywa Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 3 marca 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik do pieczywa. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika zmierzajaca do celów estetycz- nych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, nadajaca mu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Pojemnik do pieczywa wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest pokazany w dwóch odmianach na fotografiach i rysunkach w fig. 1 12, które przedstawiaja: fig. 1 - widok perspektywiczny pierwszej odmiany pojemnika zamknietego; fig. 2 - widok perspektywiczny pierwszej odmiany pojemnika otwartego; fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny drugiej odmiany pojemnika zamknietego; fig. 4 - widok perspektywiczny drugiej odmiany pojemnika otwartego; fig. 5 - widok perspektywiczny zamknietego pojemnika z góry; fig. 6 - widok perspektywiczny zamknietego pojemnika z dolu;fig. 7 - widok pojemnika z boku; fig. 8 - widok pojemnika z góry; fig. 9 - widok pojemnika z przodu; fig. 10 - widok pojemnika z tylu; fig. 11 - plytka w widoku perspektywicznym z góry; fig. 12 - plytka w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu. Pojemnik do pieczywa w obu odmianach wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma po- stac zamykanego pudelka w ksztalcie ogólnie zblizonym do walca scietego. Sklada sie z korpusu i pokiywy polaczonych zawiasami, usytuowanymi na scia- nach bocznych pojemnika. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fotografiach fig. 1 i 2 oraz na rysunkach fig. 5 -HO, pojemnik w przekroju poprzecznym ma w przybli- zeniu ksztalt figury utworzonej z 1/4 kola i 1/4 elipsy. W drugiej odmianie wzoru zdobniczego, pokazanej na fotografiach fig. 3 i 4 oraz rysunkach 5 12, pojemnik w przekroju poprzecznym ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt figury utworzonej z 1/4 kola i 1/4 elipsy, a wewnatrz posiada plytke do krojenia pieczywa usytuowana na dnie koipusu pojemnika. W obu odmianach, jak pokazano na fotografiach i rysunkach fig. 1 ^ 10, kor- pus pojemnika posiada w przyblizeniu prostokatne, nieckowate dno, zaopatrzone od strony tylnej i czesciowo bocznych w nierozlaczne sciany. Sciany boczne maja w przyblizeniu ksztalt wycinków kól i w dolnej czesci powiekszone sa o dodatkowe powierzchnie o ksztalcie mniejszych wycinków kól, w których uksztaltowane sa pólkoliste rowki. Tylna sciana ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt wy- cinka walca i posiada lagodna wypuklosc, wyraznie ograniczona dwoma liniami zalamania swej górnej powierzchni, równoleglymi do scian bocznych. W dolnej czesci tylnej sciany korpus posiada podluzny wystep, spelniajacy role ogranicz- nika otwarcia pokiywy. Od strony czolowej korpus jest wyprofilowany po linii wypuklego luku i posiada od tej strony, a takze czesciowo z obu boków, plaski kolnierz. Od spodu koipus posiada uzebrowanie pokazane na fig. 6. W obu odmianach pojemnika, jak pokazano na fotografiach i lysunkach fig. 110, pokiywa posiada lagodna wypuklosc, wyraznie ograniczona dwoma liniami zalamania swej górnej powierzchni, równoleglymi do scian bocznych, a w dolnej czesci scian bocznych ma lukowe wyciecia, na obrzezach któiych usytuowane sa lukowe wystepy, odpowiadajace rowkom rozmieszczonym na bocznych scianach korpusu. Nadto w srodkowej czesci przedniego obrzeza pokiywa posiada po- dluzny wystep, sluzacy jako uchwyt. Plytka do krojenia pieczywa, stanowiaca wyposazenie pojemnika w jego dru- giej odmianie, jak pokazano na fotografiach fig. 3 i 4 oraz na rysunkach 11 i 12, ma ksztalt odpowiadajacy obiysowi wewnetrznej powierzchni dna korpusu po- jemnika i posiada podluzne wglebienia, równolegle wzgledem siebie i wzgledem scian bocznych, rozmieszczone w tylnej je j czesci na wierzchniej stronie. Nadto plytka ma rowek na calym obwodzie wzdluz obrzeza, a w przedniej czesci obrzeza posiada podluzny uskok, ulatwiajacy wyjmowanie jej z pojemnika. Spód plytki posiada uzebrowanie uwidocznione na fig. 12. Koipus pojemnika do pieczywa wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonany w róznych kolorach, natomiast pokrywa korzystnie jest przezroczysta, najkorzystniej bez- barwna lub lekko przydymiona. Kolor plytki do krojenia pieczywa jest najko- rzystniej kontrastowy w stosunku do koloru korpusu pojemnika. PL PLBread Container The right in registration of an ornamental design is valid from 3 March 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a bread container. The essence of the design is a new form of the container aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and arrangement of lines, giving it a specific and original appearance. The bread container according to the ornamental design is shown in two varieties in the photographs and drawings in figs. 1-12, which show: fig. 1 - perspective view of the first variety of the closed container; fig. 2 - perspective view of the first variety of the open container; fig. 3 - perspective view of the second variety of the closed container; fig. 4 - perspective view of the second variety of the open container; fig. 5 - perspective view of the closed container from above; fig. 6 - perspective view of the closed container from below; fig. 7 - side view of the container; Fig. 8 - top view of the container; Fig. 9 - front view of the container; Fig. 10 - back view of the container; Fig. 11 - plate in perspective view from above; Fig. 12 - plate in perspective view from below. The bread container in both varieties, according to the decorative pattern, has the form of a closed box in a shape generally similar to a truncated cylinder. It consists of a body and a lid connected by hinges situated on the side walls of the container. In the first variety of the decorative pattern, shown in photographs Figs. 1 and 2 and in drawings Fig. 5 - HO, the container in cross-section has approximately the shape of a figure formed of 1/4 circle and 1/4 ellipse. In the second variant of the decorative pattern, shown in photographs Figs. 3 and 4 and Figures 5-12, the cross-section of the container is approximately a figure formed of 1/4 circle and 1/4 ellipse, and inside it has a bread-cutting plate located at the bottom of the container body. In both variants, as shown in photographs and drawings Figs. 1-10, the container body has an approximately rectangular, trough-shaped bottom, provided on the rear and partially on the sides with inseparable walls. The side walls are approximately in the shape of circular segments and are enlarged in the lower part by additional surfaces in the shape of smaller circular segments, in which semicircular grooves are formed. The rear wall is roughly cylindrical in shape and has a gentle convexity, clearly delimited by two crease lines on its upper surface, parallel to the side walls. The lower part of the rear wall has a longitudinal protrusion that acts as a lid opening limiter. The front of the body is profiled along a convex arc and has a flat flange on this side, as well as partially on both sides. The underside of the container has the ribs shown in Fig. 6. In both versions of the container, as shown in the photographs and drawings of Fig. 110, the lid has a gentle convexity, clearly delimited by two crease lines on its upper surface, parallel to the side walls. The lower part of the side walls has arc-shaped cutouts, the edges of which are arched projections corresponding to the grooves arranged on the side walls of the body. Furthermore, in the central part of the front rim of the lid has a longitudinal projection that serves as a handle. The bread cutting plate, which is part of the container's second variant, as shown in photographs Figs. 3 and 4 and Figures 11 and 12, has a shape corresponding to the contour of the inner surface of the bottom of the container body and has longitudinal recesses, parallel to each other and to the side walls, arranged in its rear part on the upper side. Furthermore, the plate has a groove around its entire circumference along the rim, and in the front part of the rim it has a longitudinal recess to facilitate its removal from the container. The bottom of the plate has the ribs shown in Fig. 12. The bread container's body, as shown in the pattern, can be made in various colors, while the cover is preferably transparent, most preferably colorless or slightly smoky. The color of the bread cutting plate is preferably contrasting with the color of the container body. PL PL
