Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie glowicy prysznica. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia glowice prysznica w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, a boku i z tylu, fig.2- glowice prysznica w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.3- glowice w widoku perspektywicznym z dolu, z tylu i z boku, fig.4- glowice w widoku z tylu, fig.5- glowice w widoku z przodu, fig.6- glowice w widoku z góry, fig.7- glowice w widoku z dolu,fig.8- glowice w widoku z boku , fig.9- glowice w widoku z boku po obrocie o kat 90°. Glowica prysznica wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujaca czesc górna oraz kolnierz posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: czesc górna sklada sie z trzech segmentów, z których dolny jest usytuowany w kolistym otworze kolnierza i ma ksztalt bryly obejmujacej kolejno od dolu: pierscien, niski walec z wklesla sciana boczna i czesc czaszy kulistej. Segment srodkowy czesci górnej ma ksztalt pierscienia kulistego, zas segment górny ma ksztalt pasa sferycznego z wypukla sciana górna, w polu, której znajduja sie dysze ulozone w grupach po trzy, na dziewieciu lukowatych zarysach. Ponadto posrodku pola wypuklej sciany górnej pasa sferycznego znajduje sie otwór o zarysie kolistym, w którym usytuowana jest wkladka majaca centralny wystep w ksztalcie stozka scietego. Przy krawedzi wypuklej sciany górnej pasa sferycznego znajduja sie trzy opisy slowne, a na obwodzie pasa sferycznego widoczne sa cztery wypuklosci, kazda o zarysie owalu. W polu dolnego segmentu czesci górnej glowicy, na powierzchni czaszy kulistej, widoczny jest otwór od strony tylnej. Z kolnierza glowicy wystaje ku dolowi cylindryczny element majacy gwintowana powierzchnie zewnetrzna oraz majacy centralny otwór o zarysie szesciokata, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 9.FIG. 1FIG. 2FIG. 4FIG. 6FIG. 8 PL3/ Fabian KOLLMANN The design registration right is valid from: 25 March 2003 Priority: 26 September 2002 (Federal Republic of Germany) The subject of the industrial design is a shower head. The novelty and individual character of the design is reflected in the shape of the shower head. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a shower head in a perspective view from above, side and back, fig. 2 - shower heads in a perspective view from above, side and front, fig. 3 - heads in a perspective view from below, back and side, fig. 4 - heads in a back view, fig. 5 - heads in a front view, fig. 6 - heads in a top view, fig. 7 - heads in a bottom view, fig. 8 - heads in a side view, fig. 9 - heads in a side view after being rotated by 90°. The industrial-design shower head, comprising an upper section and a flange, has the following key features: the upper section consists of three segments, the lower of which is located in a circular opening in the flange and has the shape of a solid encompassing, from the bottom, a ring, a low cylinder with a concave side wall, and part of a spherical bowl. The central segment of the upper section is shaped like a spherical ring, while the upper segment is shaped like a spherical band with a convex upper wall, containing nozzles arranged in groups of three on nine arcuate contours. Furthermore, in the center of the convex upper wall of the spherical band, there is a circular opening containing an insert with a central protrusion in the shape of a truncated cone. At the convex edge of the upper wall of the spherical belt, there are three verbal descriptions, and on the circumference of the spherical belt, four protrusions are visible, each with an oval outline. In the area of the lower segment of the upper part of the head, on the surface of the spherical cap, an opening is visible on the rear side. From the head flange, protrudes downward a cylindrical element with a threaded outer surface and a central hole with a hexagonal outline, as shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1 to 9.
