Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania biodegradowalnego materiału na bazie skrobi do druku 3D w technologii SLS, charakteryzujący się tym, że mieszaninę skrobi z dodatkiem co najmniej jednego plastyfikatora w ilości od 1% do 10% wagowych oraz co najmniej jednego polisacharydu nie skrobiowego w ilości od 5% do 50%, nawilgaca się do zawartości wody od 15% do 30%, kondycjonuje się do 24 godzin, przetrzymując w szczelnym opakowaniu w celu ujednolicenia zawartości wody w całej masie skrobi, a następnie poddaje procesowi ekstruzji przy obrotach podajnika od 30 do 200 obr./min, stopniu sprężenia ślimaka od 2:1 do 4:1; obrotach ślimaka od 80 do 160 obr./min, średnicy dyszy w zakresie od 2 do 5 mm, w temperaturze pierwszej strefy ekstrudera od 40°C do 80°C, środkowych stref ekstrudera od 45°C do 100°C oraz końcowej strefy od 55°C do 180°C. Tak otrzymany proszek rozdrabnia się do wielkości cząstek o średnicy maksymalnie 0,1 mm i przesiewa przez sito o wielkości oczek 0,1 mm. Otrzymany sposobem proszek o wielkości cząstek do 0,1 mm umieszcza się w zbiorniku drukarki pracującej w technologii druku 3D SLS i poddaje drukowaniu w zakresie temperatur od 160°C do 180°C.
