Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób otrzymywania pochodnych hydrynowych kwasu aminooctowego, który polega na tym, że kwas aminooctowy i wodorotlenek sodu w równomolowej ilości rozpuszcza się w wodzie otrzymując roztwór od 40% do 67% wag. aminooctanu sodu (glicynianu sodu), następnie na każdy mol glicynianu sodu wprowadza się od 1 mol do 2 mol epichlorohydryny w porcjach stanowiących nie więcej niż 26% wag. roztworu glicynianu sodu, jednocześnie reagenty miesza się w zakresie od 100 rpm do 250 rpm, w czasie od 24h do 72h, po czym mieszaninę poreakcyjną zakwasza się kwasem mineralnym do pH od 2 do 1, odparowuje odbierając wodę w temperaturze do 55°C pod obniżonym ciśnieniem od 250 mbar do 6 mbar, otrzymany produkt zadaje się metanolem w ilości równej zawartości mieszaniny poreakcyjnej i miesza przez 4h do 8h w zakresie od 100 rpm do 250 rpm, nierozpuszczalną frakcję usuwa się przez filtrację, a metanol odparowuje w temperaturze do 30°C pod obniżonym ciśnieniem od 130 mbar do 6 mbar.
