Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na schemacie blokowym jest kompleksowy sposób przetwarzania fusów kawowych w jednym procesie, obejmujący następujące etapy: suszenie fusów; ekstrakcję wysuszonych fusów za pomocą niepolarnego rozpuszczalnika organicznego w celu otrzymania oleju kawowego; ekstrakcję fusów z wcześniejszego etapu za pomocą etanolu i/albo wody w celu otrzymania ekstraktu antyoksydantów; hydrolizę fusów z wcześniejszego etapu w wodnym roztworze kwasu siarkowego w celu otrzymania siarczanu wapnia, a w kolejnym etapie, ligniny; ewentualnie enzymatyczną hydrolizę pozostałych fusów; biofermentację hydrolizatu cukrów, wydzielanie biomasy i oczyszczanie kwasu mlekowego. Sposób pozwala na otrzymanie wielu cennych produktów w jednym procesie. W związku z brakiem powstawania szkodliwych produktów, nieużywaniem metali ciężkich na jakimkolwiek etapie produkcji oraz stosowaniem rozpuszczalników w obiegach zamkniętych, sposób ten pozwoli na ograniczenie eksploatacji surowców naturalnych.
