Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy. Dotychczas znane zestawy wypoczynkowe posiadaly siedziska oparcia i boki proste lub wykonane w róznych fantazyjnych ksztaltach . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia odmiane pierwsza wzoru, fig. 2 - odmiane druga, oraz na fotografiach, na których fot. 1 przedstawia odmiane pierwsza, a fot. 2 - odmiane druga. Zestaw wypoczynkowy otrzymuje sie poprzez wykonanie ram poszczególnych odmian i pokrycie tapicerka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to boki rozchodzace sie w górnej czesci na zewnatrz i obszyte tapicerka. Obszycie tapicerka na górze boku tworzy pólokragla poduche. Ponadto na oblozeniu znajduja sie obszycia w ksztalcie prostokata. Siedzisko ma ksztalt poduchy spoczywajacej na skrzyni z przeszyciem w polowie swojej wysokosci. W odmianie pierwszej siedzisko ma ksztalt prostokata i posiada po obu stronach boki. Oparcie jest zaokraglone w górnej czesci i posiada poduche w ksztalcie trapezu z przeszyciami wzdluz ramion trapezu. W odmianie drugiejsiedzisko ma ksztalt litery „L" z zaokragleniem w narozniku. Siedzisko jest zaokraglone na krótszej czesci i posiada bok na dluzszej. Oparcie znajduje sie na z tylnej czesci siedziska i tworzy równiez ksztalt litery „L". Siedzisko jest zaokraglone na koncach i górnej czesci i posiada szereg poduch w ksztalcie trapezu z przeszyciami wzdluz ramion trapezu.fig. 1 fig. 2fig. 3 fig. 4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a lounge suite. Previously known lounge suites had seats, backrests, and sides that were straight or designed in various fanciful shapes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the design, Fig. 2 the second variant, and in photographs, in which Photo 1 shows the first variant and Photo 2 the second variant. The lounge suite is created by constructing frames from the individual variants and covering them with upholstery. The essential features of the industrial design are the sides that flare outward at the top and are trimmed with upholstery. The upholstery at the top of the side creates a semicircular cushion. The upholstery also features rectangular trim. The seat is shaped like a cushion resting on a chest, with a stitching at mid-height. In the first variant, the seat is rectangular and has sides on both sides. The backrest is rounded in the upper part and has a trapezoid-shaped cushion with stitching along the arms of the trapezoid. In the second version, the seat is shaped like the letter "L" with a rounded corner. The seat is rounded on the shorter part and has a side on the longer part. The backrest is located on the back of the seat and also forms an "L" shape.
