Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw wypoczynkowy. Dotychczas znane zestawy wypoczynkowe posiadaly siedziska oparcia i boki proste lub wykonane w róznych fantazyjnych ksztaltach . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia odmiane pierwsza wzoru, fig. 2 - odmiane druga, fig. 3 - fotografie odmiany pierwszej, a fig. 4 fotografie odmiany drugiej. Zestaw wypoczynkowy otrzymuje sie poprzez wykonanie ram poszczególnych odmian i pokrycie tapicerka. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to boki rozchodzace sie w górnej czesci na zewnatrz i obszyte tapicerka. W górnej czesci obszycie wychodzi poza obrys boku. W tylnej czesci boki unosza sie ku górze i przechodza w oparcie. Ponadto na obszyciu boków znajduja sie przeszycia w ksztalcie prostokata i dodatkowym szwem unoszacym sie ku górze w kierunku oparcia. Oparcie ma ksztalt rozszerzajacy sie ku górze i spoczywa na obszyciu boków. Siedzisko ma ksztalt poduchy wychodzacej swoim obrysem poza skrzynie z prostokatnym przeszyciem. W odmianie pierwszej na oparciu wgórnej czesci znajduje sie obszyta poducha w ksztalcie trapezu zwezajacego sie ku dolowi i oddzielona przeszyciem od poduchy w ksztalcie zwezajacego sie ku górze trapezu znajdujacej sie w dolnej czesci oparcia. W odmianie drugiej na oparciu w górnej czesci znajduja sie dwie obszyte poduchy w ksztalcie trapezu zwezajacego sie ku dolowi i oddzielone przeszyciem od dwóch poduch w ksztalcie zwezajacego sie ku górze trapezu znajdujacej sie w dolnej czesci oparcia.fig. 1 fig. 2fig. 3 fig. 4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a lounge suite. Previously known lounge suites had seats, backrests, and sides that were straight or designed in various fanciful shapes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the design, Fig. 2 the second variant, Fig. 3 photographs of the first variant, and Fig. 4 photographs of the second variant. The lounge suite is created by constructing frames of the individual variants and covering them with upholstery. The essential features of the industrial design are the sides that flare outward at the top and are upholstered. In the upper section, the stitching extends beyond the side outline. In the rear section, the sides rise upward and merge into the backrest. Furthermore, the side stitching features rectangular stitching and an additional stitching that rises upward toward the backrest. The backrest has a shape that widens upward and rests on the side stitching. The seat is shaped like a cushion extending beyond the box with rectangular stitching. In the first variant, the upper backrest features a sewn-in cushion in the shape of a trapezoid that tapers downward and is separated by stitching from a cushion in the shape of an upward-tapering trapezoid located in the lower backrest. In the second variant, the upper backrest features two sewn-in cushions in the shape of a trapezoid that tapers downward and is separated by stitching from two cushions in the shape of an upward-tapering trapezoid located in the lower backrest.
