Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania węglowodorowych paliw z odpadowych tworzyw poliolefinowych, w którym to sposobie: odpadowe tworzywa poliolefinowe poddaje się depolimeryzacji w procesie ciągłym, w reaktorze wieżowym z ruchomym wypełnieniem, zawierającym układ grzewczy do ogrzewania dolnej połowy komory reakcyjnej, gdzie produkty depolimeryzacji odbiera się w stanie gazowym wylotem w górnej połowie komory reakcyjnej; a uzyskane produkty depolimeryzacji poddaje się katalitycznemu uwodornieniu i izomeryzacji w atmosferze gazu syntezowego, pod ciśnieniem atmosferycznym, uzyskując mieszaninę węglowodorowych paliw; znamienny tym, że: odpadowe tworzywa poliolefinowe miesza się z rozgrzanymi elementami wypełnienia reaktora wieżowego do uzyskania na powierzchni elementów wypełnienia cienkiej warstwy uplastycznionego tworzywa, przy czym w procesie depolimeryzacji uzyskaną mieszaninę wprowadza się strumieniem do komory reaktora od góry komory, natomiast w przeciwprądzie od dołu wprowadza się do komory reaktora gaz syntezowy zawierający tlenek węgla (CO) oraz wodór (H2) w stosunku molowym CO:H2 wynoszącym od 0,25 do 1,5 : od 0,5 do 3.
