Abstract

1. Способ превращения углеродсодержащего материала в суспензии, содержащей воду, в синтез-газ, включающий:одновременное нагревание в реакторе гидрогазификации углеродсодержащего материала в присутствии как водорода, так и воды при температуре и давлении, достаточных для создания потока газообразного продукта, обогащенного метаном и монооксидом углерода;удаление примесей из потока генераторного газа; ипроведение парового метанового риформинга полученного генераторного газа в условиях, при которых образуется синтез-газ, содержащий водород и монооксид углерода в указанном требуемом соотношении.2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий обеспечение предварительно заданного соотношения между водородом и суспензионной водой в реакторе гидрогазификации с обеспечением образования синтез-газа, содержащего водород и монооксид углерода в требуемом соотношении.3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что водород получают путем отвода части водорода, отделенного от синтез-газа, в суспензионную воду.4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что водород получают путем отвода части синтез-газа в суспензионную воду без отделения водорода от синтез-газа.5. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть указанной суспензионной воды обеспечивают в форме пара.6. Claims (26)

1. Способ превращения углеродсодержащего материала в суспензии, содержащей воду, в синтез-газ, включающий:
одновременное нагревание в реакторе гидрогазификации углеродсодержащего материала в присутствии как водорода, так и воды при температуре и давлении, достаточных для создания потока газообразного продукта, обогащенного метаном и монооксидом углерода;
удаление примесей из потока генераторного газа; и
проведение парового метанового риформинга полученного генераторного газа в условиях, при которых образуется синтез-газ, содержащий водород и монооксид углерода в указанном требуемом соотношении.
2. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий обеспечение предварительно заданного соотношения между водородом и суспензионной водой в реакторе гидрогазификации с обеспечением образования синтез-газа, содержащего водород и монооксид углерода в требуемом соотношении.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что водород получают путем отвода части водорода, отделенного от синтез-газа, в суспензионную воду.
4. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что водород получают путем отвода части синтез-газа в суспензионную воду без отделения водорода от синтез-газа.
5. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что по меньшей мере часть указанной суспензионной воды обеспечивают в форме пара.
6. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стадия одновременного нагревания происходит в отсутствие катализаторов или инжекции воздуха или кислорода.
7. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что соотношение между водородом и суспензионной водой определяют путем анализа влияния на соотношение в синтез-газе (а) соотношения между содержанием твердого вещества в углеродсодержащем материале и суспензионной водой и (b) соотношения между содержанием водорода и углерода в углеродсодержащем материале.

Способ по п.7, отличающийся тем, что указанный анализ представляет собой анализ чувствительности с применением моделирующей компьютерной программы, которая устанавливает связь между отношением водорода к монооксиду углерода в синтез-газе и коэффициентами конверсии углерода в углеродсодержащем материале.
9. Способ по п.8, отличающийся тем, что компьютерная программа представляет собой моделирующую программу.
10. Способ по п.9, отличающийся тем, что компьютерная программа использует равновесный процесс ASPEN PLUS™.
11. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, что паровой риформинг метана проводят в условиях, при которых состав полученного синтез-газа характеризуется мольным соотношением H2:CO в диапазоне примерно от 0,5:1 до 16:1.
12. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что углеродсодержащий материал включает городские отходы, биомассу, древесину, уголь, твердые вещества биологического происхождения или природный или синтетический полимер.
13. Способ по п.1, согласно которому синтез-газ, полученный при паровом риформинге метана, подают в реактор Фишера-Тропша в условиях, при которых образуется жидкое топливо.
14. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что примеси удаляют из потока генераторного газа при температуре выше температуры кипения воды при рабочем давлении.
15. Способ по п.14, отличающийся тем, что температура составляет от примерно 700°С до примерно 900°С.
16. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что примеси удаляют из потока генераторного газа по существу при указанном давлении.
17. Способ по п.16, отличающийся тем, что давление составляет примерно от 132 psi (0,91 МПа) до 560 psi (3,86 МПа).
18. Способ по п.1, дополнительно включающий:
автотермический риформинг газа, обогащенного метаном, при температуре и давлении, достаточных для создания потока синтез-газа, обогащенного водородом и монооксидом углерода; и
проведение конденсации указанного синтез-газа и удаление полученной воды.
19. Способ по п.18, отличающийся тем, что поток синтез-газа, образующийся при конденсации, нагревают по существу до температуры, при которой примеси удаляют из потока синтез-газа.
20. Способ по п.18, отличающийся тем, что примеси удаляют из потока синтез-газа при от примерно 250°С до примерно 400°С.
21. Способ по п.19, отличающийся тем, что температура автотермической реакции составляет от примерно 550°С до примерно 750°С.
22. Способ по п.18, отличающийся тем, что конденсация потока синтез-газа происходит по существу при давлении, при котором примеси удаляют из потока синтез-газа.
23. Способ по п.18, отличающийся тем, что поток обогащенного метаном генераторного газа получают в ходе паровой гидрогазификации.
24. Способ по п.23, отличающийся тем, что давление при паровой гидрогазификации, автотермическом риформинге, конденсации и удалении примесей является по существу одинаковым на протяжении всех процессов.
25. Способ по п.24, отличающийся тем, что указанное по существу одинаковое давление находится в диапазоне примерно от 150 psi (1,03 МПа) до 500 psi (3,45 МПа).
26. Способ по п.18, отличающийся тем, что поток обогащенного метаном газа реагирует при автотермическом риформинге с потоком кислорода, разбавленным азотом, содержание кислорода в котором находится в диапазоне примерно от 15 об.% до 25 об.%.
