Abstract
Elektromagnetyczny zawór nadciśnieniowy turbosprężarki zawierający korpus (1) zaworu oraz elektromagnetyczną osłonę (12), w dolnej części korpusu zaworu znajduje się nieruchomy rdzeń (5), a obrzeże dolnej części nieruchomego rdzenia jest zaopatrzone w magnetyczną tarczę przewodzącą (2), przy czym na górze magnetycznej tarczy przewodzącej jest usytuowany karkas (3), który ma uzwojenie cewki owinięte na nieruchomym rdzeniu na jego zewnętrznej stronie; przy czym górna część korpusu zaworu ma ruchomy rdzeń odpowiadający rdzeniowi nieruchomemu, a pomiędzy rdzeniem ruchomym i rdzeniem nieruchomym znajduje się sprężyna, zaś na zewnętrznej stronie ruchomego rdzenia znajduje się łożysko ślizgowe. Na obrzeżu ruchomego rdzenia jest usytuowana zintegrowana pokrywa magnetyczna z pierścieniem magnetycznym dopasowane do magnetycznej tarczy przewodzącej; przy czym w zintegrowanej pokrywie magnetycznej i w karkasie jest zamontowana niemagnetyczna tuleja prowadząca, przy czym tuleja prowadząca u dołu dochodzi do dna otworu wewnątrz nieruchomego rdzenia, przy czym położenie tulei prowadzącej jest zależne od pokrywy magnetycznej i nieruchomego rdzenia, zaś ruchomy rdzeń jest pusty w środku i jest zamontowany przemieszczalnie w tulei prowadzącej i ma powierzchnię skierowaną na zewnątrz w kierunku promieniowym.
