Abstract
Hybrydowe uszczelnienie wału obrotowego, w którym w gnieździe obudowy (2) osadzone są dwa magnesy trwałe (4, 5), przedzielone wewnętrznym nabiegunnikiem (6) o przekroju poprzecznym prostokątnym, a do zewnętrznych powierzchni bocznych magnesów (4, 5) przylegają zewnętrzne nabiegunniki (7) o przekroju poprzecznym w kształcie litery "L". Magnesy (4, 5) przylegają do wewnętrznego nabiegunnika (6) oraz do nabiegunników zewnętrznych (7) biegunami jednoimiennymi, zaś ramiona nabiegunników zewnętrznych (7) położone są pod magnesami trwałymi (4, 5). Na wale obrotowym (1) osadzona jest tulejka kołnierzowa (3) z kołnierzem (3a) położonym pod nabiegunnikiem wewnętrznym (6), wyposażona w występy uszczelniające wykonane na zewnętrznej powierzchni walcowej kołnierza (3a) oraz na zewnętrznych walcowych powierzchniach tulejki (3), po obu stronach kołnierza (3a). Ciecz magnetyczna (8) znajduje się w szczelinach pierścieniowych (5), utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi tulejki kołnierzowej (3) wraz z kołnierzem (3a) a wewnętrznymi, walcowymi powierzchniami nabiegunników zewnętrznych (7) i nabiegunnika wewnętrznego (6).A hybrid rotary shaft seal in which two permanent magnets (4, 5) are mounted in the housing seat (2), separated by an inner pole piece (6) with a rectangular cross-section, and the outer pole shoes (4) adjoin the outer side surfaces of the magnets (4, 5) 7) with the "L" shaped cross-section. The magnetic fluid (8) is located in the annular gaps (5) formed between the sealing lips of the flange sleeve (3) together with the flange (3a) and the inner cylindrical surfaces of the outer pole shoes (7) and the inner pole piece (6).
