Uszczelnienie ochronne łożyska tocznego z wykorzystaniem cieczy magnetycznej, zawierające pokrywę, tulejkę kołnierzową, wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki, magnesy trwałe spolaryzowane osiowo i ciecz magnetyczną, w którym tulejka kołnierzowa (4) z kołnierzem (4a) skierowanym w stronę wału (1) osadzona jest w obudowie (2), a w pierścieniowej wnęce (4b), wykonanej w tulejce kołnierzowej (4) po stronie obudowy (2), umieszczony jest magnes trwały (6), zaś na czopie (1a) wału (1) osadzone są wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (5), przedzielone magnesem trwałym (7), a ciecz magnetyczna (8) znajduje się w szczelinach pierścieniowych (δ), utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi położonymi na zewnętrznych powierzchniach walcowych wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (5), a wewnętrznymi powierzchniami walcowymi tulejki kołnierzowej (4), zaś jeden z magnesów jest ustawiony względem czoła łożyska tocznego (3) w układzie biegunów N-S, a drugi z magnesów w układzie biegunów S-N oraz pomiędzy wewnętrznymi powierzchniami bocznymi wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (5).A protective seal for a rolling bearing using a magnetic fluid, comprising a cover, a flange sleeve, multi-edge pole pieces, axially polarized permanent magnets and a magnetic fluid, in which the flange sleeve (4) with the flange (4a) facing the shaft (1) is mounted in a housing ( 2), and in the annular cavity (4b), made in the flange sleeve (4) on the housing side (2), a permanent magnet (6) is placed, and multi-edge pole pieces (5) are mounted on the pin (1a) of the shaft (1), separated by a permanent magnet (7), and the magnetic fluid (8) is located in the annular gaps (δ), formed between the sealing projections located on the outer cylindrical surfaces of the multi-edge pole pieces (5) and the inner cylindrical surfaces of the flange sleeve (4), and one of of magnets is positioned relative to the face of the rolling bearing (3) in the N-S pole system, and the other of the magnets is positioned in the S-N pole system and between the inner side surfaces of the multi-edge pole pieces (5).
