Abstract

Poprzeczno-wzdłużne łożyskowanie magnetyczne wałka ma na czopie (1a) wałka (1) umocowany magnes trwały (3) o przekroju litery E. W gnieździe (2a) obudowy (2) osadzony jest magnes trwały (4), również o przekroju litery E, a oba magnesy trwałe (3, 4) położone są koncentrycznie względem osi wałka. We wnęce (1b) na powierzchni czołowej czopa (1a) wałka (1) oraz we wnęce (2b) na czołowej wewnętrznej powierzchni w obudowie (2) umocowane są walcowe magnesy trwałe (5, 6) spolaryzowane osiowo i ustawione względem siebie biegunami jednoimiennymi N, tworząc pomiędzy powierzchniami czołowymi tych magnesów trwałych szczelinę osiową powietrzną (δ<sub>a</sub>). Obudowa łożyska zamknięta jest od góry pokrywą (7), wraz z osadzonym we wnęce uszczelnieniem z cieczą magnetyczną, złożonym z wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (9) i pierścieniowego magnesu trwałego (8) spolaryzowanego osiowo. Na wewnętrznej powierzchni cylindrycznej wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (9) wykonane są występy uszczelniające, zaś ciecz magnetyczna (10) znajduje się w szczelinach pierścieniowych (δ) pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (9), a powierzchnią wałka (1).The transverse-longitudinal magnetic bearing of the shaft has a permanent magnet (3) with an E-shaped cross-section attached to the pin (1a) of the shaft (1). A permanent magnet (4), also with an E-shaped cross-section, is mounted in the socket (2a) of the housing (2), and both permanent magnets (3, 4) are located concentrically to the shaft axis. In the cavity (1b) on the front surface of the pin (1a) of the shaft (1) and in the cavity (2b) on the internal front surface of the housing (2), cylindrical permanent magnets (5, 6) are mounted, axially polarized and positioned with the same poles N , creating an axial air gap (δ<sub>a</sub>) between the front surfaces of these permanent magnets. The bearing housing is closed at the top with a cover (7) with a magnetic liquid seal embedded in the cavity, consisting of a multi-edge pole piece (9) and an axially polarized ring permanent magnet (8). Sealing projections are made on the inner cylindrical surface of the multi-edge pole piece (9), and the magnetic fluid (10) is located in the annular gaps (δ) between the sealing projections of the multi-edge pole piece (9) and the surface of the shaft (1).
