Hybrydowe uszczelnienie z cieczą magnetyczną dla wału wysokoobrotowego, charakteryzuje się tym, że posiada tulejki kołnierzowe nieruchome (3), tulejki kołnierzowe ruchome (4) przedzielone spolaryzowanymi osiowo, pierścieniowymi magnesami trwałymi (5 i 6) o odwrotnym układzie biegunów. Ciecz magnetyczna (7) znajduje się w szczelinach osiowych (δa), utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi, usytuowanymi na powierzchniach bocznych kołnierzy (4a) tulejek kołnierzowych ruchomych (4) a powierzchniami bocznymi nabiegunników (9) lub w szczelinach obwodowych (δO), położonych pomiędzy walcowymi powierzchniami kołnierzy (4a) tulejek kołnierzowych ruchomych (4) a wewnętrznymi powierzchniami cylindrycznymi spolaryzowanych osiowo pierścieniowych magnesów trwałych (8) oraz w szczelinach promieniowych (δr) utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi usytuowanymi na cylindrycznych powierzchniach kołnierzy (3a) tulejek kołnierzowych nieruchomych (3) a sąsiadującymi z tymi występami, zewnętrznymi walcowymi powierzchniami tulejek kołnierzowych ruchomych (4).Hybrid seal with magnetic liquid for a high-speed shaft is characterized by having fixed flange sleeves (3) and movable flange sleeves (4) separated by axially polarized, ring permanent magnets (5 and 6) with reverse polarity. The magnetic fluid (7) is located in the axial gaps (δa), formed between the sealing projections located on the side surfaces of the flanges (4a) of the movable flange sleeves (4) and the side surfaces of the pole pieces (9), or in the circumferential gaps (δO), located between the cylindrical surfaces of the flanges (4a) of the movable flange bushings (4) and the internal cylindrical surfaces of the axially polarized ring permanent magnets (8) and in the radial gaps (δr) formed between the sealing projections located on the cylindrical surfaces of the flanges (3a) of the fixed flange bushings (3) and the external cylindrical surfaces of the movable flange sleeves (4) adjacent to these projections.
