Abstract
Hybrydowe uszczelnienie ochronne łożyska tocznego zawierające, umieszczone w obudowie pierścień uszczelniający typu V, tuleje z kołnierzem, nabiegunnik, nabiegunnik z występem, magnes trwały, dystans oraz ciecz magnetyczną. Między wargą pierścienia uszczelniającego (2) typu V osadzonego na wale (1), a boczną powierzchnią kołnierza (6a) tulejki kołnierzowej (6) wykonanej z materiału o właściwościach niemagnetycznych i osadzonej w obudowie (11) umieszczona jest ciecz magnetyczna (3). Ciecz ta utrzymywana jest w danym miejscu za pomocą pola magnetycznego stanowiąc kolejny stopień całego uszczelnienia. Magnesy trwałe (5) spolaryzowane w kierunku osiowym umieszczone są w otworach rozmieszczonych obwodowo w kołnierzu tulejki kołnierzowej (6). W wytoczeniu tulejki kołnierzowej (6) od strony łożyska tocznego (10) znajduje się nabiegunnik z występem (8) wykonanym na jego bocznej powierzchni, przy czym występ usytuowany jest wewnątrz kołnierza tulejki kołnierzowej (6). Inside the cone there is partially the lip of the V-ring (2).
