Przepust wału obrotowego z wielostopniowym uszczelnieniem z cieczą magnetyczną, złożony z dwóch tulei kołnierzowych, magnesów trwałych spolaryzowanych osiowo, wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników i cieczy magnetycznej, w którym tuleja kołnierzowa nieruchoma (4) osadzona w obudowie (2) ma kołnierz (4a) skierowany w stronę wału (1), tuleja kołnierzowa ruchoma (5) osadzona na wale (1) ma kołnierz (5a) skierowany w stronę obudowy (2), a po obu stronach kołnierza (4a) tulei nieruchomej (4) i kołnierza (5a) tulei ruchomej (5), umieszczone są magnesy trwałe (6, 8) i wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (7, 9), przy czym pomiędzy tuleją nieruchomą (4) wraz z magnesami (6) i nabiegunnikami (7), a pomiędzy tuleją ruchomą (5) wraz z magnesami (8) i nabiegunnikami (9) występuje luz osiowy i promieniowy, zaś ciecz magnetyczna (10) znajduje się w pierścieniowych szczelinach, utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi nabiegunników nieruchomych (7), a zewnętrzną, cylindryczną powierzchnią tulei kołnierzowej ruchomej (5) oraz w pierścieniowych szczelinach, utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi nabiegunników ruchomych (9), a wewnętrzną, cylindryczną powierzchnią tulei kołnierzowej nieruchomej (4).Rotary shaft bushing with a multi-stage seal with magnetic liquid, consisting of two flange sleeves, axially polarized permanent magnets, multi-edge pole pieces and magnetic fluid, in which the fixed flange sleeve (4) embedded in the housing (2) has a flange (4a) facing the shaft (1), the movable flange (5) mounted on the shaft (1) has a flange (5a) facing the housing (2), and on both sides of the flange (4a) of the fixed sleeve (4) and the flange (5a) of the movable sleeve ( 5), permanent magnets (6, 8) and multi-edge pole pieces (7, 9) are placed, while between the fixed sleeve (4) together with magnets (6) and the pole pieces (7), and between the movable sleeve (5) with magnets (8) and pole shoes (9) have axial and radial clearance, while the magnetic fluid (10) is in the annular gaps formed between the sealing lugs of fixed pole shoes (7) and the outer one, the indical surface of the movable flange sleeve (5) and in the annular gaps formed between the sealing protrusions of the movable pole pieces (9) and the inner cylindrical surface of the fixed flange sleeve (4).
