Na wewnętrznej walcowej powierzchni tulejki kołnierzowej nieruchomej (3) osadzony jest wielokrawędziowy nabiegunnik nieruchomy (6) i pierścieniowy magnes trwały (5), a na zewnętrznej walcowej powierzchni tulejki kołnierzowej ruchomej (4) osadzony jest wielokrawędziowy nabiegunnik ruchomy (8) i pierścieniowy magnes trwały (7). On the inner cylindrical surface of the fixed flange sleeve (3) is mounted a multi-edge fixed pole piece (6) and an annular permanent magnet (5), and on the outer cylindrical surface of the movable sleeve (4) is mounted a multi-edge movable pole piece (8) and a permanent ring magnet (8) 7). The magnetic fluid (9) is located in the annular gaps (d), between the sealing lips of the fixed pole piece (6) and in the annular gap (d) between the flange (3a) of the fixed sleeve (3) and the corresponding outer cylindrical surface of the movable sleeve (4) and in annular gaps (d).
