Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wielostopniowe uszczelnienie dławnicowe z cieczą magnetyczną dla walu szybkoobrotowego, charakteryzujące się tym, że w pojedynczym podzespole wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (4) przedzielone pierścieniowym magnesem trwałym (3) spolaryzowanym osiowo, umocowane są w obudowie (2). Tulejka kołnierzowa (5) z kołnierzem (5a) skierowanym w stronę obudowy (2), umieszczonym z luzem pomiędzy wielokrawędziowymi nabiegunnikami (4) i pierścieniowym magnesem trwałym (3) osadzona jest na wale (1). Na bocznych powierzchniach kołnierza (5a), tulejki kołnierzowej (5) oraz na wewnętrznych cylindrycznych powierzchniach wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (4) wykonane są występy uszczelniające. Ciecz magnetyczna (6) znajduje się w szczelinach promieniowych (δ<sub>r</sub>) pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (4), a odpowiednimi powierzchniami walcowymi tulejki kołnierzowej (5) oraz w szczelinach osiowych (δ<sub>r</sub>) pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi usytuowanymi na bocznych powierzchniach kołnierza (5a) tulejki kołnierzowej (5), a bocznymi powierzchniami wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (4) lub w szczelinach promieniowych (δ<sub>r</sub>) pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (4), a odpowiednimi powierzchniami walcowymi tulejki kołnierzowej (5) oraz w szczelinie obwodowej (δ<sub>o</sub>) pomiędzy powierzchnią walcową kołnierza (5a) tulejki kołnierzowej (5), a wewnętrzną cylindryczną powierzchnią pierścieniowego magnesu trwałego (3).The subject of the application is a multi-stage gland packing with a magnetic liquid for a high-speed shaft, characterized in that in a single sub-assembly, multi-edge pole pieces (4) separated by an annular permanent magnet (3) axially polarized are fixed in the housing (2). The magnetic liquid (6) is located in the radial gaps (δ<sub>r</sub>) between the sealing protrusions of the multi-edge pole pieces (4) and the corresponding cylindrical surfaces of the flange sleeve (5) and in the axial gaps (δ<sub>r< /sub>) between the sealing protrusions located on the side surfaces of the flange (5a) of the flange sleeve (5) and the side surfaces of the multi-edge pole pieces (4) or in the radial gaps (δ<sub>r</sub>) between the sealing protrusions of the multi-edge pole pieces ( 4) and the corresponding cylindrical surfaces of the flange sleeve (5) and in the circumferential gap (δ<sub>o</sub>) between the cylindrical surface of the flange (5a) of the flange sleeve (5) and the inner cylindrical surface of the annular permanent magnet (3) .
