Przedmiotem wynalazku jest wielostopniowe uszczelnienie z cieczą magnetyczną dla wału obrotowego, znajdujące zastosowane w urządzeniach pracujących w warunkach wysokiej próżni oraz w niskociśnieniowym środowisku gazowym. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że tulejki kołnierzowe nośne (3), przedzielone pierścieniowym magnesem trwałym (6), mają w otworach, wykonanych w kołnierzach, umieszczone walcowe magnesy trwałe (7), a po obu stronach kołnierzy umocowane są wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (8) o przekroju prostokątnym, przy czym w komorach, utworzonych pomiędzy tulejkami kołnierzowymi nośnymi (3) i magnesem trwałym (6), znajdują się kołnierze nabiegunników (4) w postaci tulejek kołnierzowych z występami uszczelniającymi, usytuowanymi na walcowych powierzchniach kołnierzy, które przedzielone są pierścieniowym magnesem trwałym (5), zaś ciecz magnetyczna (9) znajduje się w szczelinach pierścieniowych (?), utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi nabiegunników (8) o przekroju prostokątnym, a powierzchniami cylindrycznymi nabiegunników (4) w postaci tulejek kołnierzowych, oraz w szczelinach pierścieniowych (?), utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi nabiegunników (4) w postaci tulejek kołnierzowych, a powierzchniami cylindrycznymi tulejek kołnierzowych nośnych (3).The subject of the invention is a multi-stage magnetic liquid seal for a rotary shaft, which is used in devices operating in high vacuum conditions and in a low-pressure gas environment. The device is characterized by the fact that support sleeves (3), separated by an annular permanent magnet (6), have cylindrical permanent magnets (7) in the holes made in the flanges, and on both sides of the flanges are attached multi-edge pole pieces (8) with rectangular cross-section, in the chambers formed between the support flange bushes (3) and permanent magnet (6), there are pole flange flanges (4) in the form of flange bushes with sealing projections, located on the cylindrical surfaces of the flanges, which are separated by a ring permanent magnet (5), while the magnetic fluid (9) is located in the annular gaps (?) Formed between the sealing protrusions of the pole shoes (8) with a rectangular cross-section and the cylindrical surfaces of the pole shoes (4) in the form of flange bushes, and in the ring gaps (?) formed between the sealing lips the pole shoes (4) in the form of flange bushes, and the cylindrical surfaces of the support flange bushes (3).
