Abstract
Wielostopniowe uszczelnienie z ciecza magnetyczna charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w obudowie (2) uszczelnienia umieszczone sa nabiegunniki nieruchome (3) w postaci stopniowanych tulejek przedzielonych magnesem trwalym (5), a na wale (1) osadzone sa nabiegunniki ruchome (4) równiez w postaci stopniowanych tulejek przedzielonych magnesem trwalym (6), przy czym wystepy uszczelniajace wykonane sa na wewnetrznych powierzchniach walcowych nabiegunników nieruchomych (3) lub na zewnetrznych powierzchniach walcowych nabiegunników ruchomych (4). Magnesy trwale (5 i 6) umieszczone w obudowie (2) i na wale (1) ustawione sa wzgledem siebie w ten sposób, ze magnes trwaly (5) jest w ukladzie biegunów N-S, a magnes (6) - w ukladzie biegunów S-N lub odwrotnie. Ciecz magnetyczna (7) umieszczona jest w pierscieniowych szczelinach utworzonych pomiedzy wystepami uszczelniajacymi nabiegunników ruchomych (4), a gladkimi powierzchniami walcowymi nabiegunników nieruchomych (3) lub w szczelinach pomiedzy wystepami uszczelniajacymi nabiegunników nieruchomych (3), a gladkimi powierzchniami walcowymi nabiegunników ruchomych (4). Przegroda (8) ma postac pierscienia o przekroju poprzecznym prostokatnym, który osadzony jest na wewnetrznej powierzchni walcowej magnesu trwalego (5) umieszczonego w obudowie (2) lub na zewnetrznej powierzchni walcowej magnesu trwalego (6) umocowanego na wale (1).The multi-stage magnetic liquid seal is characterized by the fact that the housing (2) of the seal has fixed pole pieces (3) in the form of stepped sleeves separated by permanent magnet (5), and the movable pole pieces (4) are also mounted on the shaft (1) graduated sleeves separated by permanent magnets (6), the sealing lips being made on internal cylindrical surfaces of fixed pole pieces (3) or on external cylindrical surfaces of moving pole pieces (4). The permanent magnets (5 and 6) placed in the housing (2) and on the shaft (1) are positioned relative to each other in such a way that the permanent magnet (5) is in the NS pole arrangement, and the magnet (6) is in the SN pole arrangement or vice versa. The magnetic fluid (7) is placed in the ring gaps formed between the sealing protrusions of the movable pole pieces (4) and the smooth cylindrical surfaces of the fixed pole pieces (3) or in the gaps between the sealing protrusions of fixed pole pieces (3) and the smooth cylindrical surfaces of the moving pole pieces (4) . The baffle (8) has the form of a rectangular cross-section ring which is mounted on the inner cylindrical surface of the permanent magnet (5) located in the housing (2) or on the outer cylindrical surface of the permanent magnet (6) mounted on the shaft (1).
