Abstract
Hybrydowe uszczelnienie dla elementów o ruchu obrotowym lub posuwisto-zwrotnym charakteryzuje się tym, że w komorze dławnicowej obudowy (2) znajdują się miękkie pierścienie uszczelniające (4), pomiędzy którymi umieszczone są w części środkowej wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (8) o przekroju poprzecznym prostokątnym, przedzielone magnesem trwałym (5) spolaryzowanym osiowo. Pomiędzy pierścieniami uszczelniającymi (4) usytuowanymi od strony dławika (3) i od strony dna komory umieszczone są wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (9) o przekroju poprzecznym w kształcie litery "L", a w ich wytoczeniach położonych od strony obudowy (2) znajdują się magnesy trwałe (6 i 7) spolaryzowane promieniowo, przy czym jeden z tych magnesów (6) jest ustawiony w układzie biegunów S-N, a drugi magnes (7) - w układzie biegunów N-S względem osi wału (1). Between the sealing rings (4) located on the throttle side (3) and the bottom of the chamber, there are multi-edge poles (9) with an L-shaped cross-section, and their indentations located on the housing side (2) have permanent magnets ( 6 and 7) radially polarized, where one of these magnets (6) is set in the SN pole system, and the other magnet (7) - in the NS pole system relative to the shaft axis (1). The magnetic liquid (10) is located in the annular gaps formed between the sealing projections made on the inner surfaces of the cylindrical multi-edge pole pieces (8 and 9), and the surface of the shaft (1).
