Hybrydowe uszczelnienie elementów o ruchu obrotowym lub posuwisto-zwrotnym, zawiera zabudowane w komorze dławnicowej pomiędzy wałem lub tłoczyskiem (1), a obudową (2): tuleję kołnierzową (4) wyposażoną w kołnierz (4a) skierowany w stronę wału lub tłoczyska (1), miękkie pierścienie uszczelniające (8), dławik wewnętrzny (9), dławik zewnętrzny (3), walcowe magnesy trwałe (5) spolaryzowane osiowo, wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (6) i ciecz magnetyczną (7). Końce tulei kołnierzowej (4) umieszczone są w wytoczeniach wykonanych w dławiku wewnętrznym (9) i w dławiku zewnętrznym (3), a ponadto tuleja (4) zaopatrzona jest w walcowe magnesy trwałe (5), osadzone w otworach wykonanych w kołnierzu (4a) i rozmieszczone równomiernie na jej obwodzie.
