Abstract
Uszczelnienie z cieczą magnetyczną dla kołnierza wału obrotowego, zawierające pierścieniowy magnes trwały, wkładki, pierścień i ciecz magnetyczną, charakteryzuje się tym, że na zewnętrznej powierzchni cylindrycznej kołnierza (1a) wykonanego na wale (1) osadzony jest pierścieniowy magnes trwały (3) spolaryzowany w kierunku osiowym, na którego zewnętrznej powierzchni cylindrycznej umieszczony jest pierścień (6), o szerokości równej szerokości kołnierza (1a), zaś szerokość magnesu trwałego (3) jest większa od szerokości kołnierza (1a). Obustronnie wystające końce magnesu trwałego (3) znajdują się we wnękach wkładek (2a, 2b), osadzonych w dwóch częściach obudowy (5a, 5b), przy czym wkładki (2a, 2b) posiadają występy uszczelniające na ich powierzchniach bocznych od strony kołnierza (1a), pierścienia (6) oraz sąsiadujących z nimi powierzchniach bocznych i cylindrycznych końców pierścieniowego magnesu trwałego (3). Ciecz magnetyczna (4) znajduje się w szczelinach pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi wkładek (2a, 2b) a sąsiadującymi z nimi powierzchniami bocznymi kołnierza (1a) i pierścienia (6) oraz pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi wkładek (2a, 2b) a sąsiadującymi z nimi powierzchniami bocznymi i cylindrycznymi końców pierścieniowego magnesu trwałego (3).A magnetic liquid seal for a rotating shaft flange, containing an annular permanent magnet, inserts, a ring and a magnetic liquid, is characterized by the fact that on the outer surface of the cylindrical flange (1a) made on the shaft (1) an annular permanent magnet (3) polarized in axial direction, on the outer cylindrical surface of which the ring (6) is placed, with a width equal to the width of the collar (1a), and the width of the permanent magnet (3) greater than the width of the collar (1a). The mutually protruding ends of the permanent magnet (3) are located in the recesses of the inserts (2a, 2b), embedded in two parts of the housing (5a, 5b), while the inserts (2a, 2b) have sealing lips on their flange side faces (1a ), the ring (6) and the adjacent side surfaces and cylindrical ends of the annular permanent magnet (3). The magnetic fluid (4) is located in the gaps between the sealing lips of the inserts (2a, 2b) and the adjacent side surfaces of the collar (1a) and the ring (6) and between the sealing lips of the inserts (2a, 2b) and the adjacent side surfaces and the cylindrical ends of the annular permanent magnet (3).
