Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest hybrydowe uszczelnienie dławnicowe wału, stosowane do uszczelniania wałów obrotowych w maszynach i urządzeniach. Hybrydowe uszczelnienie dławnicowe wału posiada w obudowie (2), pomiędzy miękkimi pierścieniami uszczelniającymi (3), wielokrawędziowy nabiegunnik (4), oddzielony od miękkich pierścieni uszczelniających (3) przekładkami niemagnetycznymi (8), w którym wykonane są zewnętrzne wnęki pierścieniowe (4a), usytuowane po stronie obudowy (2), oraz wewnętrzne wnęki pierścieniowe (4b), położone po stronie wału (1), dzięki czemu w wielokrawędziowym nabiegunniku (4), powstały kołnierze zewnętrzne (4c), usytuowane po stronie obudowy (2), oraz kołnierze wewnętrzne (4d), położone po stronie wału (1), zaś w zewnętrznych wnękach pierścieniowych (4a), wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4), umieszczone są magnesy trwałe (5, 6), które przylegają do powierzchni bocznych środkowego kołnierza zewnętrznego (4c), biegunami jednoimiennymi N-N, a na walcowych powierzchniach zewnętrznych kołnierzy (4c), wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4), po stronie obudowy (2), umieszczone są w gniazdach elastyczne pierścienie uszczelniające (13), typu „O”, a na cylindrycznych powierzchniach wewnętrznych kołnierzy (4d), wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4), po stronie wału (1), wykonane są występy uszczelniające, zaś w szczelinach promieniowych (dr) utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4), a wałem (1) znajduje się ciecz magnetyczna (7), zaś w komorze dławnicowej w obudowie (2), na końcu pakietu uszczelniającego po stronie zewnętrznej, umieszczony jest pierścień dociskowy (9), oraz dławik (10), a we wnękach wykonanych na powierzchniach czołowych pierścienia dociskowego (9) i dławika (10), osadzone są magnesy trwałe (11, 12) spolaryzowane osiowo i usytuowane względem siebie biegunami jednoimiennymi N-N.The subject of the application is a hybrid shaft packing used for sealing rotary shafts in machines and devices.
