Abstract

Przepust wału obrotowego z wielostopniowym uszczelnieniem ferromagnetycznym zawierający wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki, magnesy trwałe, tulejki dystansowe, przekładki niemagnetyczne i ciecz ferromagnetyczną charakteryzuje się tym, że w komorze dławnicowej (2a) obudowy (2), pomiędzy łożyskami tocznymi (3), umieszczone są wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki (4) w postaci tulejek kołnierzowych, z kołnierzami (4a) skierowanymi w stronę obudowy (2), osadzone na wale obrotowym (1). Na walcowych powierzchniach kołnierzy (4a) wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (4) wykonane są występy uszczelniające, zaś po obu stronach kołnierzy (4a) wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (4) usytuowane są magnesy trwałe (5) o przekroju poprzecznym ceowym, z ramionami skierowanymi w stronę kołnierzy (4a), stanowiącymi bieguny N i S magnesów trwałych (5), przedzielone tulejkami dystansowymi (6), umieszczonymi pomiędzy biegunami N sąsiednich magnesów trwałych (5) i osadzone na wewnętrznej powierzchni cylindrycznej komory dławnicowej (2a). Ciecz ferromagnetyczna (7) znajduje się w szczelinach promieniowych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi kołnierzy (4a) wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (4) i wewnętrznymi powierzchniami cylindrycznymi tulejek dystansowych (6) oraz w szczelinach osiowych (δ<sub>a</sub>) pomiędzy końcami ramion stanowiącymi bieguny S magnesów trwałych (5), a powierzchniami bocznymi kołnierzy (4a) wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników (4).The rotating shaft bushing with a multi-stage ferromagnetic seal containing multi-edge pole pieces, permanent magnets, spacer sleeves, non-magnetic spacers and ferromagnetic liquid is characterized by the fact that in the stuffing box (2a) of the housing (2), between the rolling bearings (3), multi-edge pole pieces ( 4) in the form of flange sleeves, with flanges (4a) facing the housing (2), mounted on the rotating shaft (1). Sealing projections are made on the cylindrical surfaces of the flanges (4a) of the multi-edge pole pieces (4), and on both sides of the flanges (4a) of the multi-edge pole pieces (4) there are permanent magnets (5) with a C-shaped cross-section, with their arms directed towards the flanges (4a). ), constituting the N and S poles of permanent magnets (5), separated by spacer sleeves (6), placed between the N poles of adjacent permanent magnets (5) and mounted on the inner surface of the cylindrical stuffing box (2a). The ferromagnetic liquid (7) is located in the radial gaps between the sealing projections of the flanges (4a) of the multi-edge pole pieces (4) and the internal cylindrical surfaces of the spacer sleeves (6) and in the axial gaps (δ<sub>a</sub>) between the ends of the arms constituting the S poles of the permanent magnets (5) and the side surfaces of the flanges (4a) of the multi-edge pole pieces (4).
