Abstract
Ślizgowe łożysko wzdłużno-poprzeczne smarowane cieczą magnetyczną charakteryzuje się tym, że w gnieździe obudowy (2) umieszczony jest wał (1) zakończony tarczą oporową (1a), na którym osadzony jest pierścieniowy magnes trwały (3) oparty na tarczy oporowej (1a), do którego z kolei przylega wielokrawędziowy nabiegunnik (4) również osadzony na wale (1). Na powierzchni walcowej tarczy oporowej (1a) wykonane są występy, natomiast we wnęce, usytuowanej po stronie czołowej tarczy oporowej (1a), umieszczony jest jeden walcowy magnes trwały (6), zaś drugi walcowy magnes trwały (7) umieszczony jest we wnęce, wykonanej na powierzchni czołowej gniazda obudowy (2). Oba magnesy walcowe trwałe (6 i 7) ustawione są względem siebie biegunami jednoimiennymi, a ciecz magnetyczna (5) znajduje się w pierścieniowych szczelinach (6) utworzonych pomiędzy występami usytuowanymi na walcowej powierzchni tarczy oporowej (1a) i na zewnętrznej walcowej powierzchni wielokrawędziowego nabiegunnika (4), a wewnętrzną powierzchnią walcową gniazda obudowy (2).The longitudinal radial plain bearing lubricated with magnetic liquid is characterized by the fact that the housing seat (2) has a shaft (1) terminated with a thrust disc (1a) on which an annular permanent magnet (3) based on a thrust disc (1a) is mounted, which in turn adheres to the multi-edge pole piece (4) also mounted on the shaft (1). Both permanent cylindrical magnets (6 and 7) are set relative to each other by identical poles, and the magnetic fluid (5) is located in the annular gaps (6) formed between the protrusions located on the cylindrical surface of the thrust disc (1a) and on the outer cylindrical surface of the multi-edge pole piece ( 4), and the inner cylindrical surface of the housing socket (2).
