Abstract
Hybrydowe uszczelnienie wału obrotowego z wykorzystaniem cieczy ferromagnetycznej zawiera tuleję stopniowaną (3), pokrywę stopniowaną (4), magnesy trwałe (5, 6) spolaryzowane osiowo, wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki, ruchome (7) i nieruchome (8) oraz ciecz ferromagnetyczną (9). W tulei stopniowanej (3), osadzonej na wale obrotowym (1), wykonane jest dolne wytoczenie (3a) i górne wytoczenie (3b), zaś w pokrywie stopniowanej (4), zamocowanej do obudowy (2), wykonane jest dolne gniazdo (4a) i górne gniazdo (4b). Pomiędzy dolnym wytoczeniem (3a), a dolnym gniazdem (4a) zamocowane są dwa wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki nieruchome (8) przedzielone jednym magnesem trwałym (6), natomiast pomiędzy górnym wytoczeniem (3b), a górnym gniazdem (4b) zamocowane są dwa wielokrawędziowe nabiegunniki ruchome (7) przedzielone drugim magnesem trwałym (5). Ciecz ferromagnetyczna (9) znajduje się w pierścieniowych szczelinach (?), utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników ruchomych (7), a wewnętrzną walcową powierzchnią górnego gniazda (4b) oraz w pierścieniowych szczelinach (?), utworzonych pomiędzy występami uszczelniającymi wielokrawędziowych nabiegunników nieruchomych (8), a zewnętrzną walcową powierzchnią dolnego wytoczenia (3a).A hybrid rotary shaft seal using a ferromagnetic fluid includes a stepped bushing (3), stepped cover (4), axially polarized permanent magnets (5, 6), multi-edge pole shoes, movable (7) and stationary (8) and ferromagnetic fluid (9).
