Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka na plynne srodki higieniczne i chemii gospodarczej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest w pieciu odmianach na rysunku figury od 1 do 3. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest zilustrowany na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem butelki od strony jednej sciany czolowej z niewielkim skreceniem w stosunku do osi, fig. 2 - widokiem butelki z boku, a fig. 3 - widokiem butelki od strony drugiej sciany czolowej obróconej nieco w stosunku do osi. Istota butelki polega na tym, ze jej korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do graniastoslupa o podstawie prostokata ze scietymi narozami. Korpus w górnej czesci przechodzi w jednostronnie wygieta szyjke zakonczona usytuowanym ukosnie wylewem. Szyjka jest utworzona przez wygiecie jednej sciany czolowej w kierunku srodka wedlug linii o ksztalcie rozciagnietego znacznie „S", a z drugiej strony - przez lukowe zagiecie drugiej sciany czolowej do wewnatrz. Czesc przydenna korpusu i szyjka sa nieco pogrubione wzdluz linii poziomej. Na scianach korpusu, w miejscach przejscia scian bocznych w czolowe, sa plytkie, rowkowe wglebienia, biegnace zasadniczo równolegle wzgledem krawedzi scian. Wglebienia te, od strony lagodniejszego wygiecia szyjki sa dluzsze od wglebien usytuowanych po stronie wiekszego wygiecia szyjki. Gold Drop sp. z o.o. Limanowa PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle for liquid hygiene products and household chemicals. The design's new and original form is evident in its shape. The bottle according to the industrial design is presented in five variations in Figures 1 to 3. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Figure 1 is a view of the bottle from one end face slightly twisted relative to the axis, Figure 2 is a side view of the bottle, and Figure 3 is a view of the bottle from the other end face slightly rotated relative to the axis. The essence of the bottle is that its body is shaped like a prism with a rectangular base and truncated corners. At the top, the body merges into a unilaterally curved neck ending with a diagonally arranged spout. The neck is formed by bending one end wall towards the center along a line in the shape of a significantly extended "S" and, on the other side, by the arc-like bending of the other end wall inward. The bottom part of the body and the neck are slightly thickened along a horizontal line. On the body walls, where the side walls merge into the end walls, there are shallow, groove-like recesses running essentially parallel to the edges of the walls.
