Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, przeznaczona do srodków pioracych, czyszczacych, myjacych lub pielegnacyjnych uzywanych w gospodarstwach domowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, który nadaje butelce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym, fig. 2 butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka posiadajaca czesc cylindryczna z gwintem oraz dno w ksztalcie prostokata z zaokraglonymi naroznikami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu, której powierzchnie boczne sa plaskie ze zgrubieniem falistym zbiez- nym z liniami krawedzi butelki w górnej jej czesci i okalajacym czesc grzbietowa bocznej scianki butelki, przy czym boczne scianki butelki sa wypukle, lukowe i zbiezne ku czesci cylindrycznej, zas powierzchnie plaskie butelki w dolnej czesci lukowo przechodza ku podstawie.
