Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka na plynne srodki higieniczne i chemii gospodarczej. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na rysunku figury od 1 do 3. Przedmiot butelki zilustrowany jest rysunkiem, na którym fig. 1 jest widokiem z boku, fig. 2 - widokiem czolowym, a fig. 3 - widokiem ukosnym od góry. Istote butelki stanowi korpus, którego dolna czesc jest zblizona ksztaltem do graniastoslupa o podstawie owalu ze scietymi narozami, a górna ma ksztalt zblizony do graniastoslupa scietego, który przechodzi w rombowe poszerzenie, zakonczone wylewem. Korpus w dolnej czesci ma pogrubienie zakonczone od góry poziomo, a w górnej czesci ma pogrubienie rozpoczynajace sie wedlug linii ukosnej. Na scianach czolowych, w przewezeniu korpusu sa niewielkie, poziome wystepy. Wszystkie krawedzie i naroza butelki sa zaokraglone. Gold Drop sp. z o.o. Limanowa PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle for liquid hygiene products and household chemicals. The design's new and original form is evident in its shape. The bottle according to the industrial design is shown in Figures 1 to 3. The bottle is illustrated in a drawing in which Figure 1 is a side view, Figure 2 a frontal view, and Figure 3 an oblique view from above. The bottle's essence is a body, the lower part of which resembles a prism with an oval base and truncated corners, while the upper part resembles a truncated prism, which merges into a rhombic expansion, ending with a spout. The lower part of the body has a thickening that terminates horizontally at the top, while the upper part has a thickening that begins along a diagonal line.
