Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tabletka zawierajaca detergent, srodek zmiekczajacy tkaniny, srodek zapachowy czy inne tego typu substancje przeznaczona do stosowania, zwlaszcza w gospodarstwie domowym. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, tabletka wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Wzór tabletki jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia tabletke w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, tylu i boku, fig. 2 - tabletke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - w widoku z przodu, a fig. 5 - w widoku z tylu. Tabletka, wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma bryle w ksztalcie serca o wypuklych powierzchniach górnej i dolnej przechodzacych jedna w druga poprzez plaska powierzchnie boczna. Kazda z powierzchni górnej i dolnej ma wjej czesci przedniej nieco bardziej wypukle brzuszki rozdzielone rowkiem o zarysie lukowato wygietego klina zwezajacego sie w kierunku od przodu ku srodkowi tabletki, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fig. 1-5 rysunku. Cechami istotnymi tabletki jest to, ze ma bryle w ksztalcie serca o wypuklych powierzchniach górnej i dolnej przechodzacych jedna w druga poprzez plaska powierzchnie boczna. Compared to similar products of this type, the tablet is distinguished by its novel form, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, and surface properties. The tablet design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the tablet in perspective views from the top, back, and side; Fig. 2 shows the tablet from above; Fig. 3 shows the side view; Fig. 4 shows the front view; and Fig. 5 shows the back view. According to the design, the tablet is characterized by a heart-shaped body with convex upper and lower surfaces that merge into one another via a flat side surface. Each of the upper and lower surfaces has slightly more convex bellies in its front part, separated by a groove in the shape of an arcuate wedge, narrowing from the front towards the center of the tablet, as shown in the attached figures 1-5 of the drawing. The tablet's essential features are that it has a heart-shaped body with convex upper and lower surfaces merging into each other through a flat lateral surface. Each of the upper and lower surfaces has slightly more convex bellies in its front part, separated by a groove in the shape of an arcuate wedge, narrowing from the front towards the center of the tablet, as shown in the attached figures 1-5 of the drawing.
