Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i urządzenie do doprowadzania, korzystnie płynnego, dodatku na ruchome rozpostarte pasmo przetwarzanego w przemyśle tytoniowym materiału filtrowego za pomocą co0 najmniej jednego elementu nanoszącego.
