(Szwajcaria) Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do zasadniczo dowolnych plynów, zamykana kapsla lub nakretka albo kapsla z mechanizmem push-pull. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Butelka, majaca zasadnicza czesc cylindryczna, czesc denna i czesc szyjkowa z zamykana koncówka wylotowa, zgodnie ze wzorem ma dwa obwodowe rowki, oddzielajace czesc cylindryczna od czesci dennej i czesci szyjkowej, przy czym na powierzchni czesci cylindrycznej znaj- duje sie zaglebienie o zarysie tarczy wypelnionej szeregiem przebiegaja- cych lukowo odcinków falistych wybrzuszen, zas naprzeciwlegle do tego zaglebiania znajduje sie drugie zaglebienie o podobnym zarysie tarczo- wym z krzyzowo przecinajacymi sie rzedami wystepów czopowych, po-nizej i powyzej którego znajduja sie dwa owalne w zarysie zaglebienia, równiez z krzyzowo przecinajacymi sie rzedami wystepów czopowych. Priority: 12 March 2001 (Switzerland) The subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for essentially any liquid, closed with a cap or screw cap, or a cap with a push-pull mechanism. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape and surface arrangement. The bottle, having a basic cylindrical part, a bottom part and a neck part with a closable spout, has, according to the design, two circumferential grooves separating the cylindrical part from the bottom part and the neck part, wherein on the surface of the cylindrical part there is a recess in the shape of a disc filled with a series of arc-shaped segments of wavy bulges, and opposite this recess there is a second recess in a similar disc-shaped shape with cross-intersecting rows of tenons, below and above which there are two oval recesses, also with cross-intersecting rows of tenons.
