Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika i nasadki, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie i rysunku. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 34 sklada sie z: wlasciwego pojemnika w ksztalcie walca, zaopatrzonego w dolnej czesci wokragle pokretlo, stanowiace jednoczesnie jego podstawe, z nasadzanej na pojemnik pokrywki oraz z zalozonej na niego z zewnatrz nasadki. Pokretlo jest zaopatrzone, na swej bocznej powierzchni w radelkowanie i polaczone z nieuwidoczniona na zalaczonych fotografiach - sruba o dosc duzym skoku gwintu. Wewnatrz wlasciwego pojemnika znajduje sie wklad w postaci paleczki kleju, osadzonej w nakretke, wspólpracujaca ze sruba. Obrót pokretla powoduje wysuwanie sie paleczki kleju z górnego otworu pojemnika. Pokrywka pojemnika jest w górnej czesci wyposazona w trzy obwodowe wypuklosci, zapobiegajace zsuwaniu sie nasadki. Pojemnik z nasadka wedlug wzoru, przedstawionego na fig. 1 do fig. 18 jest wyposazony w czesci srodkowej w naklejke z rysunkami: rak kosmonauty i pasa, oraz nóg w dolnej czesci pojemnika, przy czym na lewym rekawie kosmonauty umieszczony jest kod kreskowy produktu. Nasadka tego pojemnika sklada sie z czesci górnej w postaci kulistego kasku kosmonauty, zaopatrzonego od przodu w okragle wglebienie z naklejka, przedstawiajaca usmiechnieta twarz, natomiast w dolnej czesci nasadki, kask jest polaczony z imitacja dwóch butli z tlenem. Od spodu nasadka jest wyposazona w okragly nieprzelotowy cylindryczny otwór do osadzenia w nim pokrywki. Natomiast pojemnik z nasadka wedlug wzoru, przedstawiony na fig. 19 do fig. 34 jest wyposazony w naklejke z rysunkami: dwóch rakiet nosnych po bokach, zakonczonych od dolu rysunkiem plomieni. Na powierzchni rakiet znajduje sie miejsce do umieszczenia napisów i kodu kreskowego. Nasadka tej odmiany pojemnika ma u góry postac polówki rakiety kosmicznej, wyposazonej ponizej, po bokach w dwie rakiety nosne, i zaopatrzonej w czesci czolowej w dwa prostokatne otwory, o róznej wielkosci. Mniejszy otwór znajduje sie na wysokosci pokrywki, zaswiekszy, prostokatny otwór na wysokosci pojemnika na klejj odslania naklejke z napisem z nazwa kleju. Priority from 19 July 2001, No. 401 06 628.2 (Germany) Container with a cap The subject of the industrial design is a container equipped with a cap, particularly for glue, in the form of a stick. The essence of the design is the new form of the container and the cap, manifested in their shape and design. The container, shown in Figures 1 to 34, consists of: a cylindrical container proper, equipped with a round knob at the bottom, which also serves as its base, a lid that fits over the container, and a cap attached to the outside. The knob is knurled on its side and connected to a screw with a relatively large thread pitch (not shown in the attached photos). Inside the container proper is a glue stick insert, embedded in a cap that engages with the screw. Turning the knob causes the glue stick to slide out of the container's upper opening. The container's lid is equipped with three circumferential ridges on its upper section to prevent the cap from slipping. A container with a cap according to the pattern shown in Figures 1 to 18 is equipped with a sticker in the middle section with drawings of a cosmonaut's arm and belt, and legs in the lower section of the container, with the product barcode located on the cosmonaut's left sleeve. The cap of this container consists of an upper part in the form of a spherical cosmonaut's helmet, provided at the front with a circular recess with a sticker depicting a smiling face, while at the bottom of the cap, the helmet is connected to two imitation oxygen cylinders. At the bottom, the cap is equipped with a circular, blind cylindrical hole for mounting the lid. Meanwhile, the container with a cap according to the pattern shown in Figures 19 to 34 is equipped with a sticker with drawings of two launch vehicles on the sides, topped at the bottom with a flame design. The surface of the rockets has space for placing inscriptions and a barcode. The cap of this container variety has the top shape of half a space rocket, equipped below, on the sides, with two launch vehicles and two rectangular holes of different sizes in the front. The smaller hole is at the height of the lid, while the larger rectangular hole at the height of the glue container reveals a sticker with the name of the glue. After placing the cap on the container, its lower part reaches to the upper edge of the knob.
