PL 25884 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie, przeznaczone do pakowania produktów spozywczych, w szczególnosci recznie wyrabianych czarnych krówek. Nowosc oraz istota opakowania bedacego przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego w stosunku do dotychczas znanych opakowan na produkty spozywcze przejawia sie w motywie zdobniczym w postaci grafiki wykonanej na opakowaniu, a takze w kolorystyce opakowania i elementów graficznych. Wzór przemyslowy zostal blizej przedstawiony na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia wzór w wi- doku perspektywicznym bocznym, zas fig. 2 – wzór w innym widoku perspektywicznym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest umieszczenie na górnej powierzchni opakowania, w jej centralnej czesci, figury o zarysie niepelnego podwójnego okregu w kolorze bialym i szarym, wewnatrz której umiejscowiony jest napis w kolorze bialym „RECZNIE ROBIONA CZARNA KRÓWKA MLECZNA", przy czym dominujace sa slowa „CZARNA KRÓWKA" z widocznym na wysokosci slowa „KRÓWKA" po prawej stronie symbolem górniczych mlotków w kolorze bialym zamknietych w pierscieniu w kolorze bialym. Z lewej strony okregu usytuowany jest symbol pieczeci, posrodku której znajduja sie górnicze mlotki, okalane napisem „CERTYFIKAT JAKOSCI SLASKIE MASZKETY". Kolejna cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest umieszczenie w prawej, dolnej czesci górnej powierzchni opakowania grafiki w formie stylizowanej postaci ludzkiej obrazujacej górnika w mundurze górniczym z widocznymi charakterystycznymi elementami, takimi jak: czako, zielony pióropusz, lampka górnicza. Na pozostalej powierzchni górnej czesci opakowania usytuowane sa mlotki górnicze w kolorze szarym, tworzace motyw zdobniczy dla czarnego tla opakowania. Scianki boczne opakowania zawieraja mlotki górnicze w kolorze szarym, tworzace motyw zdob- niczy dla czarnego tla, napis w kolorze bialym i szarym „RECZNIE ROBIONA CZARNA KRÓWKA MLECZNA", z widocznym na wysokosci slowa „KRÓWKA" po prawej stronie symbolem górniczych mlot- ków w kolorze bialym zamknietych w pierscieniu w kolorze bialym, oraz grafike w formie stylizowanej postaci ludzkiej obrazujacej górnika w mundurze górniczym z widocznymi charakterystycznymi elemen- tami, takimi jak: czako, zielony pióropusz, lampka górnicza. The novelty and essence of the packaging that is the subject of the industrial design compared to previously known food packaging is evident in the decorative motif in the form of graphics printed on the packaging, as well as in the colors of the packaging and graphic elements. The industrial design is illustrated in more detail in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the design in a side perspective view, and Fig. 2 – the design in a different perspective view. The packaging, according to the industrial design, is in the shape of a black cuboid. An important feature of the industrial design is the inclusion on the upper surface of the packaging, in its central part, of a figure in the shape of an incomplete double circle in white and grey, inside which there is a white inscription "HANDMADE BLACK MILK" (HANDMADE BLACK FOWL), with the words "BLACK FOWL" dominating, with a symbol of white mining hammers enclosed in a white ring visible at the height of the word "FOWL" on the right. On the left side of the circle there is a symbol of a seal, in the middle of which there are mining hammers, surrounded by the inscription "CERTIFICATE OF QUALITY SILESIAN MASZKETY". Another significant feature of the industrial design is the inclusion of a stylized human figure in the lower right part of the packaging, depicting a miner in a mining uniform with visible characteristic elements such as a shako, a green plume, and a miner's lamp. The remaining surface of the packaging features gray mining hammers, creating a decorative motif against the black background. The side walls of the packaging contain grey mining hammers, creating a decorative motif for the black background, an inscription in white and grey "HANDMADE BLACK MILK", with a symbol of white mining hammers enclosed in a white ring visible at the height of the word "KRÓWKA" on the right side, and a graphic in the form of a stylized human figure depicting a miner in a mining uniform with visible characteristic elements such as: a shako, a green plume, a mining lamp.
