The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the decorative element in ten varieties, manifesting itself in contours, lines, and ornamentation, giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other decorative elements of this type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design is presented in a photograph, in which: Photo 1 shows the decorative element in the first variety in a front view; Photo 2 shows the decorative element in the second variety in a front view; Photo 3 shows the decorative element in the third variety in a front view; Photo 4 shows the decorative element in the fourth variety in a front view; Photo 5 shows the decorative element in the fifth variety in a front view; Photo 6 shows the decorative element in the sixth variety in a front view; Photo 7 shows the decorative element in the seventh variety in a front view; Photo 8 shows the eighth variant of the decorative element from the front; Photo 9 shows the ninth variant of the decorative element from the front; Photo 10 shows the tenth variant of the decorative element from the front. Additionally, to accurately illustrate the details of the decorative element, Photo 11 shows a fragment of the second and third variants according to the industrial design, including the convex, horizontal strips, while Photo 12 shows a fragment of the fourth variant, which clearly shows the horizontal strips. The tenth variant of the decorative element according to the industrial design is preferably made of stainless steel and mounted on the door leaf, particularly exterior doors. The decorative element in the industrial design, in each of the ten variations, is roughly rectangular in shape, in the form of a flat arc slightly bent to the left, with a hollow center and all edges having the same width. The shorter edges in variations 8, 9, and 10 of the design are wider than the edges in the other variations. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, horizontally placed arc-shaped silver strips, the number of which depends on the industrial design variation, create a three-dimensional effect for the industrial design in all variations. The silver strips, horizontally and permanently attached to the longer edges of the decorative element, are identical in each variation of the design, and their ends are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in Photo 1, in the first variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is in the form of a rectangle, in the form of a flat arc bent to the left, with a hollow center and the longer and shorter edges having the same width. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, two silver strips are placed centrally, horizontally, and parallel—curved into an arc—the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in Photo 2 and, additionally, in more detail in Photo 11, in the second variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is in the form of a rectangle, in the form of a flat arc bent to the left, with a hollow center and the longer and shorter edges having the same width. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, in its lower and upper parts, are placed horizontally and parallel—curved into an arc—two silver strips, the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in Photo 3 and, additionally, in more detail in Photo 11, in the third variation according to the industrial design, the decorative element is roughly rectangular in shape, in the form of a flat arc bent to the left, the center of which is empty, and the longer and shorter edges are the same width. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, in its lower, upper, and central parts, are placed horizontally and parallel—curved into an arc—two silver strips, the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in photo 4 and additionally, in more detail in photo 12, in the fourth variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is in the form of a rectangle close to a flat arc bent to the left, the center of which is empty and the longer and shorter edges are the same width. Between the longer edges of the decorative element PL 21283 3, three silver strips are placed centrally, horizontally, and parallel—curved into an arc—the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in photo 5, in the fifth variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is in the form of a rectangle close to a flat arc bent to the left, the center of which is empty and the longer and shorter edges are the same width. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, in its lower and upper parts, is placed horizontally – an arc-shaped silver strip, the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in photo 6, in the sixth variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is roughly rectangular in the form of a flat arc bent to the left, the center of which is empty and the longer and shorter edges are the same width. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, in its lower, upper, and central parts, is placed horizontally – an arc-shaped silver strip, the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in photo 7, in the seventh variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is roughly rectangular in shape, in the form of a flat arc bent to the left, the center of which is empty and the longer and shorter edges are the same width. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, four horizontal, arc-shaped, silver strips are placed at essentially equal distances along their entire height, the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in photo 8, in the eighth variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is roughly rectangular in shape, in the form of a flat arc bent to the left, with a hollow center and the longer and shorter edges having the same width, but the shorter edges are significantly wider than the longer edges. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, two silver strips are placed centrally, horizontally, and parallel to each other, curved into an arc, the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in photo 9, in the ninth variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is roughly rectangular in shape, in the form of a flat arc bent to the left, with a hollow center and the longer and shorter edges having the same width, but the shorter edges are significantly wider than the longer edges. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, at the bottom and top, are placed horizontally and parallel to each other, curved into two silver strips, the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element. As shown in photo 10, in the tenth variation of the industrial design, the decorative element is roughly rectangular in shape, in the form of a flat arc bent to the left, with a hollow center and the longer and shorter edges having the same width, but the shorter edges are significantly wider than the longer edges. Between the longer edges of the decorative element, in its lower, upper, and central parts, are placed horizontally and parallel—two silver strips, bent horizontally—the ends of which are slightly rounded where they meet the longer edges of the decorative element.
